The information in the other topic re this issue is all we have.
Just to make things clear for you:
PBBans is not Evenbalance.
Evenbalance are the creators of PB software and it is Evenbalance who issue, and maintain, globalguid bans.
If you wish to speak to Evembalance you can only do so via a troubleticket;
http://www.evenbalance.com/troubleticket/
You might also like to explain your issue to EA support;
http://customersupport.ea.com/loginapp/login.do
Sorry, but thats the best we can do for you here <_>

The info in the initial post of this thread is all we have, if your cd key is not saving properly on your system, and you have tried everything posted.
Contact EA on their forums and ask about it.
**update**
According to the PBBans MPi you have a pbguid (c909149d) that was first seen Jan 07, 2007 and was last seen as recently as Jun 25, 2011 at 5:16 am

We are glad to see you like our Anti Cheat setup. I'm around to answer any RO 2: HOS related questions.
Hi Yoshiro, glad you took the time and trouble to make your way over here :)
Its great to see a new game deliver all the "bells and whistles" one expects from a pc game(I truly thought that those days had passed us by) :)
The anticheat options (VAC / 3 types of PB / Streaming) within the game, have set a precedent within the gaming community, and I wish you every success for the innovative, proactive stance you have taken re AC options for RO2:HOS.
I know MaydaX is itching to get started on making the PBBans streaming side of things the "walk in the park" it should be for prospective new streamers :P
If anything crops up we will be sure to give you a heads up well in advance of the planned release date.
Now .... if only more game devs / community managers follow your lead we might actually be able to make a positive contribution to the success of newly released games by delivering a top notch anti cheat streaming service on day1 of release :)

I went through the process of using the Automated Streaming Setup Tool found on this site, then added the server under our account.
I added a total of three servers and only two of the three are showing active and streaming. In all, we have a total of 4 servers and the BC2 SQDM is the only one not streaming and showing up as "Inactive"... it was showing "Pending Admin Approval"... It has been about 48 hours now. If there is something I missed, then please advise.
Thank you,
samsonjr

You added a server to your team account;
208.122.57.36:19576
A quick check tells me you made a typo with the port number ... the proper server address is;
208.122.57.36:19567
I have added the correct server address to your team account and the server is streaming nicely.
I have left the one you added so you can see were you went wrong, you can delete it yourself via account manager once you have had a peek :)

i guess that means they are getting closer to offering dedicated servers for the public to rent then?
:P

I think Tripwire have done EvenBalance a huge favour here by insisting on different PB version options (light/medium/heavy) to run alongside VAC.
If this scenario comes off it could lead to a resurgance of PB being shipped "in the box" with upcoming AAA game titles that would not normally have considered PB as an option for anti cheat.
All those game devs that insist they take anti cheat seriously will no longer be able to give just the VAC option and not be seen as hypocritical, and server admins will be able to stream their servers and see for themselves how effective a streaming service can be :)
I always see a lot of whines on how heavy handed PB is with its various kicks.
9 times out of 10 its down to a client error (network/firewall settings etc) and its amazing how trouble free your PB experience can be if you run pbsetup.exe prior to every gaming session.
I truly wish Tripwire the best of luck with RO2:HOS and hopefully they will see a big financial reward for their efforts when the game goes retail, they are already kudos millionaires in my book :P

Nothing like a pre emptive strike eh :)
I can make one of my own as well, PBBans offers a lot of help/features to leagues and ladders that use our services,
A PBBans league account can make managing your leagues/ladders a hell of a lot easier.
You can download/read a brochure explaining things in a bit more detail here;
http://www.pbbans.com/forums/files/league-control-panel-brochure-file42.html
Welcome to PBBans forums btw :D

Our application was denied due to forum, or part of it forum not being viewable to guests.
http://www.pbbans.com/forums/forgotten-soldiers-fs-t143161.html
We corrected it and wish to apply again but get this error, You have already applied for admin status but your application was denied.
How can we apply again? Thanks
Your original application had not been fully deleted by the admin that reviewed your application, this is what prevented you from re-applying.
But there is good news :)
Because the original application was not deleted, I have been able to reprocess it and your team account is now up and running.
You should be in receipt of a forum pm with all the team account details.

If I recall VAC is very resource light. I don't think I've ever read about VAC causing lag. Tripwire gave me some basics of how it would work but I can't speak about that right now.
It would be, given that it hardly detects anything :P
The only truly effective anti cheat for any game in my opinion, is PB combined with a top notch, third party, streaming service.
That opinion is based purely on the tools that EvenBalance provide server admins to assist with cheat detection (MD5 scans / cvar scans / PBUCON etc)and what third party anti cheat sites have been able to provide their clientelle using said tools.
I dont know if RO2:HOS will be using a "modded" or "PB light" version of PB but its already encouraging to read that a PB Dev will be in the Tripwire studios next week specifically to iron out any problems with PB and steam overlay (long overdue that this issue was resolved once and for all)
Who knows, maybe Vac + PB + streaming will point the way for the future of anti cheat within the gaming world.
If anything its an innovative way of tackling cheating in MP games and for that alone Tripwire deserve a big pat on the back

Banned from Gamearena servers, i cant log into any of them
I think a post on their forums will have more impact than posting on here :P
http://www.gamearena.com.au/forums/
GameArena Help has the unban request link.

Every time I join a NoBS server, I get kicked before i can even join a team. I checked AA3Launch.txt and it read "PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'StoneDC0LD' ... Prior Kick/Ban". I have never cheated or broken any rules intentionally as far as i can remember, and i can still play on other servers. Can anyone help me?
If this is only happening on one server its the server admin who has banned you.
I think a post on their forums asking the question would have more impact than a post on here;

Create a topic here;

Please make sure you include your team account id number and that everything is up to speed as per our mandatory streaming requirements to avoid disappointment.

How can I do that when it is auto kick? It is the servers kicking me due to this.
It's not an auto kick.
A server admin has added you to their banlist in the mistaken belief that the 2 IP linked bans are yours.
Post up a server address of where this is happening, if it streams via PBBans then the server admin can reply here if he so chooses or will contact you via forum PM.
I am presuming the above scenario is correct because your pbguid is not globally banned by evenbalance and does not appear on any of the major anti cheat sites banlists.
-
Activated, your now clear to add servers.
-
In these days of dynamic IP's there are not many of us that do not have linked bans associated with a dynamic IP link.
The RTCW linked ban was from 2003 :blink:
I have checked out your MPi entry, and I would say that both the AAO and RTCW linked bans associated to your IP, are only as a result of being assigned an IP that was used to cheat at sometime or other and are not directly linked to you in any other way.
Feel free to point any server admin toward this post that thinks otherwise, and maybe they can enlighten me on how to decipher MPi search results :P

Use this forum section click me,to give us your;
League Name -
League Tag -
Website -
E-Mail -
We will also require your pbguid
The same mandatory streaming requirements are required for a league application as there are for a community based application, namely:
A news item or pinned forum topic that contains a statement of intent to use PBBans services.
An admin/contacts list on the website/forum with the name of the applicant on it.
Streaming via PBBans made mandatory for league matches.
We will then employ various checks and if everything checks out ok, we will take it from there.
The above forum link is a totally private forum area and topics are only viewable to the original poster and PBBans staff.

A lot of 'older' people are going to buy this and be massively disappointed.
Should have stayed vapourware IMO.
They dont come much older than me and I am not disappointed.
Even us "oldies" expect updated graphics etc etc :P

I thought the main point here was to share information about this issue and try to find out how to fix it, as you suggested before this is an issue with NVIDIA which has been giving us plenty of empathy lately.
I guess if you were having the same problem and spent 700 bucks of your own money on a laptop you will also be looking for answers in more than one forum to get your problem fixed.
Yep, I sure would, but I would be concentrating my efforts on the actual people/organisations that could provide said fix.
After being updated with your quite comprehensive troubleticket response (which is appreciated by the way) my intention was to make Alvar aware, that we are not evenbalance (a lot of folks seem to think we are) and that no amount of posting on here is going to resolve his issue.
Hopefully the people who can provide a fix, will do so asap, in my experience its best to adopt the "squeaky wheel" (the squeaky wheel gets the most oil) tactic with issues of this type, and if NVIDIA provided a fix back in 2010, I dont see why the same problem would rear its head again in later driver releases and would want to know why, if indeed, the more recent issues are NVIDIA driver related (they might not be)
Either way, there is nothing stopping you using this thread to collate your respective information :) but thats all we can offer here.

So from what I have read, there actually is no known solution for this problem yet? So I spend almost 700

I have a similar issue, bought new laptop (Acer aspire 5742G) and when I play CoD4 I get "RESTRICTION:Disallowed Program/Driver [125087]" from out of thin air. I spent 660

MOH IP: 76.63.54.123:19567
Hi there,
I can't get this server to stream. I've done the automated streaming setup as well as try the FTP way and place the config file into the server manually from the download section of pbbans. I then restarted PB via pb_sv_restart
Any help with this would be great. We have 3 MOH servers and 2 are streaming no problem, just having an issue with this one.
Thanks for your help in advance.
-Eddy
The port of 19567 just does not seem right for a MOH server (more associated with BFBC2 servers), so I tried adding 74.63.54.123:7673 to your team account.
Streaming kicked in instantly.
I do hope that is the correct ip / port of your server :scratchchin:
I have left things just as they are so you can see what I have done.
You can delete whatever you need as you see fit via account manager.
