Alright but are you saying someone caught by Punkbuster with a full on aimbot, wallhack whatever-the-heck-hack only is kicked for 2 minutes? No such hardware bans exist? Where is the deterrent? I'm thinking PB is really a disgrace if that's true. Or are these two minute kicks for mild offenses like a cvar tweak. I mean seriously, EA for example pay no doubt tens of thousands to PB which indirectly comes out of our pockets when we buy games and they dish out 2 minute slap on the wrist. Ha, what a rip off, that makes me almost as mad as hack users.

PBBans and GGC-stream:
What are these two websites for? Punkbuster detects and bans what do we need these websites for. What can they do that Punkbuster doesn't? Are you telling me they detect hacks and PB doesn't? Why does PB even exist then if these two websites do it for them? These website seem completely redundant? Doesn't make sense to me. Anyone care to explain?
Punkbuster detects a hack and bans the player. PBBans picks that info up and puts it on a ban list for server admins, what the heck for Punkbuster already banned them. It's like banning them twice lol. You're double banned! "PB banned you well we ban you too! So there" lol I don't get it.
Just a tiny amount of research would have revealed to you that the PunkBuster™ default "punishment for any pbguid that raises a cheat related violation is a 2 minute kick.
It's left to the proactive server admin or anti cheat site to apply bans on those same pbguids.
If you receive a ban on 1 PBBans protected server you are automatically banned off every PBBans protected server of the same game genre.
Pbbans also provides MD5 scans / cheat file matches / cheat cvar scans ,and accepts demo's (were applicable) and screenshot evidence to support any ban issued, there's lot more besides all that, but you get the idea (I hope)

There are other things in common with your servers.
They are both from Gameservers.
Both are running BF3.
Disable PB on one and see what happens :P

The one that is not streaming;
BF3 - 109.70.149.55:47230
is because you added a server with the rcon port and not the actual game/join port.
You can delete the incorrect server address from your team account yourself via account manager.

I worked out that your none streaming server 109.70.149.55:47230 should actually have been 109.70.149.55:25230
I have added 109.70.149.55:25230 to your team account and its is streaming nicely.
I have left the wrong IP address (109.70.149.55:47230) in your team account so you can see were you went wrong.
Delete it via account manager at your leisure.
This is what your team acount looks like now;

Optimize the flags you have checked for your server.
If you have the "enforce bans" flag checked there is no need to have any "accept" flags checked.
This means the Hub checks every incoming players pbguid against the PBBans MBi, if the incoming players pbguid is a match, the player does not make it onto your server.
Checking the "enforce bans" flag and not having any "accept" flags checked means that valuable server resources are saved (the Hub does the checking and not the server) and the server pbbans.dat can be used to store locally applied bans that have been set by the server administrators.
If using the "enforce bans" flag it's best practice to download the PBBans banlist for your particular game, once a week, to keep on your pc as back up in case Hub streaming goes down (a very rare event but it has happened in the past)

Sometimes things take a bit longer than the usual 24 - 48 hours because applicants keep making applications without resolving the issues that caused the original application to be denied in the first place.
In addition to that, every applicant has to be checked out, every clan member on the applicants roster is also checked out.
Our policy is to give cheaters, and groups that harbor them, absolutely nothing, there are various other checks involved that are applied to each and every application hence the 24 - 48 hour time frame.
Now that your correct BF3 guid has been attached to your latest application things can progress.
Just as a side note, you will find the staff and fellow server admins a valuable source of information for all things PB and server administration related, but they do tend to ignore requests for assistance that contain as much profanity as what I have seen typed by you thus far.
Please remember, in the faceless world of internet forums etc, we are what we type, and people make judgements of character based on that.

Slowly I'm getting a little bit angry at the multiplay support !
They apparently have not moved or edit the important cfg-files.
The problem is that the most of the importan configuration files may not edit directly on clan forge! ( pbsv.cfg for example )
I let your Tool rewrite the configuration via rcon commands and now it's back online.
I hope they now keep their hands from the server.

Always remember;
The rcon port for setting up streaming.
The game port for adding to your team account.

A method of finding if you have added a server to your team account with the correct port is;
Go to battlelog.
Open the server browser.
Type in the server name into the browser search facility (in your case Frankfurter Rummsbude)
When your server is showing, right click and view page source.
Use control + F to search the page source info and type in your server IP (in your case 85.236.105.7)
You should get 2 hits
The second hit will show mapmode / numplayers / maxplayers / updatedat / port
By using this method I can tell that the server you added to your team account has the correct port for streaming (85.236.105.7:21167)
So the problem of none streaming is at your end.
Have you tried running the automated streaming set up;

Yes, but you would have to be removed from #5304 first and the streaming requirements would apply to your new application;

A much simpler solution is to stay were you are and add any additional servers to 5304.
Just to clarify things :)
Our rules are very simple, one forum account per person and one team account per group.
If we come across duplicate team accounts, its always the least active that gets locked down, that is why 3659 was the one that was locked down.
