I have activated your team account so you should now be able to add servers to it, because you have had a team account since August 2008 and despite the fact you only streamed for 3 months, I will take it on trust that you will provide a viewable roster on your website.
This can be something as simple as a pinned forum topic listing every player that represents your group by wearing your tags.

According to battletracker there are close to 12,000 BF3 servers online, and battlelog shows just a random 150 of them :blink: You could not make it up could you.

Who is your RSP by the way.

You use the rcon port to set up streaming and the actual join port when adding a server to a team account.

Are you absolutely sure that you have the correct port for your server added to your team account (85.236.100.79:20477)
Please check what ports your RSP has allotted to you.

Adding server is something you can do yourself via account manager.

Cool - not sure where you pulled that port from.
I had used the join port for the server.
Who told you that 19567 was the join port ?
Or did you just make that assumption because it's similar to a BF2 join port.

need help setting up server to stream for bf3 please, i cant run automated stream setup ive entered all the correct details and its saying connection timed out
Are you using the admin/rcon port when using the automated streaming set up ?
Have you used the join port when adding the server to your team account ?
If you are absolutely sure about the ports (please confirm exactly whats what with your RSP) and the automated set up is not working;
Have you tried a manual method of getting your server streaming ?

Yep, awfully strange how many times we have asked our admins to make sure their RSP has allowed UDP to the game server port from ports 40000-50000, and then by some magical mystery the problem server starts streaming even though the RSP claim to have done nothing to make this happen :scratchchin:
It is close to halloween, so maybe that explains these magical, spooky happenings on our admins BF3 servers :P

2 things spring to mind here;
1. you added a server with the rcon port instead of the game port.
2. The IP of your server (208.122.49.58) also appears as the IP of a BFP4F player in the PBBans MPi.
Solution:
Ask your server provider for another IP for your server.
Run the set up for streaming using the rcon port (default 47200)
Add the server to your team account using the actual game port (default 25200)

Just because they are a ranked server provider, it is dangerous to make an assumption that they know what they are talking about, especially were PB and streaming are concerned :)

This is required because BF3 uses windows 2008 or later and the firewall is more advanced than previous windows versions.

After a night of frustration our server is not showing as streaming despite me being convinced its all setup correctly.
If someone could please take a look and see what the issue is? Its empty at this moment but was running up to around 2:30am UK time.
Pink Panthers IP: 193.93.45.224:47200 I am sure its set up right through the automated hub, but it just sits there and looks at me :)

Do not hijack someone elses topic, it makes it so easy for your query to be overlooked.
Your issue is a simple one.
There are 2 ports you are issued with a server, an rcon port (default 47200) and the actual game port (default 25200)
You use the rcon port to set things up and you use the actual game port when adding the server to your team account.
solution for you:
Add the correct server address to your team account and then delete the wrong address.

rcon port for setting up your streaming.
Actual game port for adding to your team account.
The default rcon port is 47200 and the default game port is 25200.
Based on what you have posted I would guess that you set up streaming using port 21167 and use port 21177 when adding the server to your team account.
God knows why GSP's take a perverse pleasure in confusing their customers with disinformation :rolleyes:

Windows 2008 has a more advanced firewall than 2003.
Have you allowed UDP traffic to the game server port from ports 40000-50000 ?
