What is your pbguid ?

I have a question. Our hosting provider, MultiPlay, will change some server hardware. (tomorrow the 26th)
The result will be that we will get another IP for our server.
What do I have to do now? Delete our streaming server and setup the server with the new IP to get back on streaming? (New IP -> Automated Hub Setup -> Streaming again)

Just be aware that when you add a server to an existing team account it does not start streaming instantly.
The server will enter a queue and there it will stay until a staff member approves it, the current, average, wait time is less than 5 minutes.

A sure way to get yourself banned from any website is to keep creating duplicate forum accounts.
All your past forum accounts have been deactivated.

As soon as a post appears that is totally unrelated to the topic it's time to lock the thread.
Just a point of information first.
If a player raises a MD5 tool violation because a cheat related .dll was found in the players game directory. and it was detected by a routine PBBans issued MD5 scan ..... the full digital fingerprint of the cheat related .dll will also be streamed at the same time the detection was made.
If the player thinks he can explain how a mistake was made on any of the PBBans issued MD5 tool bans .... just click the "Appeal This Ban" tab on the ban link ..... we are all ears :P

Yes we have streaming on our server, but now only ggc, I want put pbbans streaming too, but my "account 4305 is inactive."(I wrote ticket for deactivation, but nobody answer).
About No1-T0FA, good news! Today he admitted, hi use "2d radar" hack, but I think he used more hacks. But probably he don't get global ban, because nobody had his screenshots ) )

Your request for reactivation was answered by HSMagnet.
He pointed out that the website attached to your team account is all about inkjet cartridges and not gaming.
He pointed out that there are mandatory streaming requirements to be met by all groups that use PBBans services.
He asked if you had any updated information for us.
He gave you the link to whats required from every group that streams via PBBans;

If a reactivation ticket is not responded to after 7 days, I prune them :)
You can reapply for team account activation at any time, but the mandatory streaming requirements must be met.
Any anti cheat service that just requires forum registration and you can stream a server minutes later, has, at the very least, a corrupt ban list.

The #71177 cheat violation and subsequent bans are globalguid bans that have been issued by Even Balance themselves.
Every global ban is exclusively issued and maintained by Even Balance, and no third party anti cheat site has any input what so ever.
I find it funny that a lot of the cheat community members have failed to grasp the fact that EB is not affiliated to any third party anti cheat site in any shape or form, and most probably think they are irritating EB when we get ddos'd, when in fact any attack on any third party anti cheat site has no effect what so ever on Even Balance or PunkBuster™ software.
Because the #71177 violation has nothing at all to do with the original topic, or PBBans for that matter, thread closed.

The correct server address/port when adding a server to your team account can always be found in the battlelog server browser.
When I checked the battlelog server browser, the correct server address/port for your server is 203.46.105.24:21350
Both the server address/port you had added to your team account, and the server address/port that shows in gametracker have the wrong port.
I have added the correct server address/port to your team account and streaming kicked in instantly.
I have left the wrong server address/port in your team account so you can see were you went wrong, just delete it once you have had a peek.

Why not visit their forums and ask the question.

Your group has 2 team accounts none of which are streaming.
Our rules are that forum members have one forum account, and each group has one team account.
One of your team accounts needs to be closed down.
Both you and FWD_Hard_Darkraver need to get together and let us know which team account you are going to keep, and which one is going to close down.

PBBans does not manage any game servers.
PBBans does not hold any bans associated with your pbguid.
To resolve any issue that you have re playing on a particular server, you will have to contact the server administrator and ask what ban list they are using and why you are on it.

How can you claim to be ignored when we have bent over backwards to answer all your queries and tried to explain in simple terms (because of the language barrier) that the ban issued on your pbguid was successfully appealed and your pbguid does not appear on the PBBans ban list :mellow:
I was not going to post this, but seeing as your most insistent that your being ignored, lets take it from the beginning.
The only reason your issued ban was successfully appealed is because Even Balance did not receive your raised cheat violation because of a technical issue (probably dropped packets)
PBBans always give the benefit of the doubt to the player when issues of this type crop up (it's rare but does happen on occasion)
The ban that was issued on your pbguid was lifted on January 19 2012 and a unban command was sent via the PBBans Hub.
We did all that despite you visiting our irc channel on January 19 2012 and typing this;

I'll start by explaining that I have no kick from a particular server, what happens is that by PPBANS had a restriction on January 1, 2012, which appeal explaining that it was an unfortunate accident, which was caused by someone who was not using my PC with the excuse to play and used a prohibited program,Those 2 quotes are you admitting that your PC was compromised by a family member and a "prohibited program"was used.
Consider yourself very lucky that a technical issue forced us to remove a perfectly valid ban despite the admissions subsequently made by you.
If you are having problems joining a particular server it's something you will have to take up with the admin of that particular server because PBBans do not hold a ban on your pbguid.
Feel free to link any server admin to this forum topic if you think it will help your case.

No, apparently ethProxy employ heavy filtering to neutralize the DDoS attacks. So technically the forums were never offline.
That is quite true :)

So, I can assume when it's safe to go outside again. You guys will start the streaming back up?
Streaming will be back online as soon as the kiddies have finished their playtime :P
I always take this kind of attack as a massive compliment as to how effective streaming servers via PBBans really is.
If we were not making an impact on the cheating scene there would be no need to go to the time, trouble and expense that this type of attack takes.
So the way to look at things is to say thanks to the attackers for giving PBBans a huge endorsement of our services, and for giving PBBans staff and the admins that use our services a huge boost of determination to continue the effort to keep cheaters off our game servers :)

Thats what I have to do, isnt it?
Account manager now says:
Team is active
Team is streaming
Can you or anyone tell me how long it will take before my status will be changed to Streaming Admin?

The server attached to your team account is currently streaming (216.157.84.129:25200) and has the relevant flags checked to "announce bans".
You have no saved greetings for your server.
I can see that you yourself edited the server greeting on April 03 2012:
Edited Server Greeting |216.157.84.129:25200| Welcome $CURRENT_NICK. We stream to PBBANSbut it was not saved.
In case this is relevant;
All none streaming issues are client side.
The first thing to do when a server just stops streaming is to run the Automated Hub Setup again;

If you are having to go through the setup procedure every time the server restarts, it's obvious that your server is on a "crontab" of sorts and the server is loading a default cfg that does not contain your streaming commands that you sent to it in the setup phase, or your streaming settings are being held in a cfg that is not loaded by default after a server restart.
If you can not figure it out yourself, raise a ticket with your RSP and tell them what your issue is .. hopefully they can then sort it out for you :)
The correct file system within your PB directory should be;
pbsv.cfg - contains all your PB server settings (including your pbucon settings)
pbsvuser.cfg - contains all the scans (MD5 etc) that a server admin wishes to run on his server.
pbucon.use - is a file that is only needed to run pbucon and is best left blank.
Forcing anything other than what's listed above is asking for trouble and judging by the amount of tickets and questions we see, certain RSP's are certainly getting it.
Points to note for all the RSP "experts" who think putting PB server settings in a pbucon.use file is a good idea.
pbsv.cfg is loaded by default after a server restart.
pbsvuser.cfg is loaded by default after a server restart.
pbucon.use is not loaded by default after a server restart .. PB only checks if this file is present or not and then does nothing.

As an accounts staff member (both forum and team accounts) I can confirm a few things for you and any other interested parties.
At some point in time you used a leaked cd key to play COD4, hence why you are linked to the pbguid that is generated by said leaked cd key.
The same leaked cd key was also used by players from several other countries and 2 of those players used it to cheat with.
The 2 players that elected to cheat come from 2 different countries (UK and Israel) you are from the Netherlands.
The issued bans on pbguid 371e1413e2a927e9fcc14aa5b570b929 are nothing to do with you in any shape or form.
The genuine retail game cd you purchased and the relevant associated pbguid is completely clean.
There is no cheating history what so ever that relates directly to you.
There is absolutely no problem with you becoming a streaming game admin at PBBans.
Your previous forum account (TheCr0w) has now been deactivated, that leaves Markvis14 as your active forum account.

A forum member account is a totally different "animal" than a team account for streaming servers.
If you want to apply for a team account you have to fill in an application form;

There are mandatory streaming requirements listed in that link that need to be met in full before a team account can be validated and checked.
There are also a lot more stringent checks to be made on you personally, other members of your group, and the game pbguid that you provide, as part of the application process.
