Okay so I've been trying to play on servers for quite some time now. I don't hack! But for server admins keep banning because they think I hack. One server admin says that my score per minute is too high (even though I've seen more than 100 people who's spm is way higher than mine) and my 1.8 k/d is too high for a legit player. I was eventually able to convince him that I was playing legit but then he went on PBbans and said that he saw 3 previous bans connected to my ip. I think this is what has been ruining my gaming experience. I'm just asking is it possible to clear these bans off my ip. Everyone keeps thinking that those accounts are my previous accounts and they're not.
We have only the PBBans Master Player index to base our information on and a pbguid caught cheating was last seen on a PBBans streaming server October 17, 2012 ... then your pbguid popped up with the same IP as the cheater October 18, 2012.
Most people have a dynamic IP these days so unless the banned pbguid/IP overlapped with a clean pbguid/IP, as far as PBBans is concerned we tend to give the player the benefit of the doubt.
You qualify for the benefit of the doubt by the skin of your teeth.
Here is an example of an overlapped BF3 pbguid from the same household as you:
pbguid 29cf9438Alias SychoKillz
IP - 74.73.15.115
First seen - October 7, 2012
Last seen - October 22, 2012
Please remember that a server admin can ban anyone off a server that he pays for and is under no obligation to provide a reason.
I suppose they see a cheater get caught and the very next day the same IP is used to create a new Origin account and has a shiny, new, clean pbguid, which is exactly what you have to do if your pbguid is globally banned by Even Balance.

On another note, while running a few checks (we always do when someone makes a ban related query) I was quite surprised to read this on the battlelog forums;

All none streaming issues are client side.
The first thing to do when a server just stops streaming is to run the Automated Hub Setup again;

If you are having to go through the setup procedure every time the server restarts, it's obvious that your server is on a "crontab" of sorts and the server is loading a default cfg that does not contain your streaming commands that you sent to it in the setup phase, or your streaming settings are being held in a file that is not loaded by default after a server restart.
If you can not figure it out yourself, raise a ticket with your RSP and tell them what your issue is .. hopefully they can then sort it out for you :)
The correct file system within your PB directory should be;
pbsv.cfg - contains all your PB server settings (including your pbucon settings)
pbsvuser.cfg - contains all the scans (MD5 etc) that a server admin wishes to run on his server.
pbucon.use - is a file that is only needed to run pbucon and is best left blank.
Forcing anything other than what's listed above is asking for trouble and judging by the amount of tickets and questions we see, certain RSP's are certainly getting it.
Points to note for all the RSP "experts" who think putting PB server settings in a pbucon.use file is a good idea.
pbsv.cfg is loaded by default after a server restart.
pbsvuser.cfg is loaded by default after a server restart.
pbucon.use is not loaded by default after a server restart .. PB only checks if this file is present or not and then does nothing.

Unfortunately true, but by following the advice outlined above, account hijacking is preventable.
I can not see Even Balance lifting a global ban that has been issued on a pbguid that has been used to cheat with.
Even Balance do not keep player details .. they deal only in pbguids and as stated above, pbguid 625d33ada1e0add51aa67bed146e51e1 has been compromised and used to cheat with.
This means that Even Balances PunkBuster™ software did exactly what it is supposed to do by detecting cheat use and issuing a global ban.

PBBans have not banned you .. Even Balance have globally banned a pbguid that was used to cheat with.
The only reason your pbguid appears on the PBBans ban list is because you tried to join a PBBans protected server after EB activated the global ban on your pbguid .. that's how we know your pbguid is globally banned and are able to pass on all we have re global bans issued by EB .. here it is;
Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance.Third party anti cheat sites such as PBBans have no input nor control what so ever re global GUID bans, so using the PBBans appeal system to appeal a globally banned GUID is useless for all parties involved.
We (PBBans) will deny any appeal made through our systems due to the above reasons. A troubleticket with Even Balance is the only thing that can help you. Make sure to add any information to it that you think will help your cause (don't forget your GUID). Also make sure that you have told Even Balance that your ban is a global GUID ban.
Quick info:
1. Global GUID bans are issued and maintained by Even Balance themselves.
2. Third party anti cheat sites have no input what so ever re global GUID bans.
3. Global GUID bans are normally issued by Even Balance after a period of "silent logging".
4. "silent logging" is when cheat use is detected and logged by PunkBuster software but no action is taken at the time.
5. When the "silent logging" phase is over, Even Balance issue a global GUID ban on every pbguid that was detected during the "silent logging" phase.
6. The only reason your pbguid appears on the PBBans ban list is because you joined a PBBans streaming server direcly after Even Balance activated the global GUID ban on your pbguid.
7. PBBans has actually done you a favour by letting you know that a global GUID ban has been issued on your pbguid by Even Balance, there will be a lot more players who have joined servers that do not stream and will be struggling to find out what happened.
If you feel that you have recieved a global GUID or Hardware ban in error, you may submit a support ticket to Even Balance
Other advice we offer to players in your situation is;
1. Use a strong password that is unique to Origin and not used on any other forum/blog etc
2. Do not allow windows to remember your usernames and passwords.
3. Do not click links you are unsure of (especially game and/or cheat related)
4. Do a full system scan for malware.
5. If you think EA is somehow culpable for allowing someone else to access your Origin account, ask them to provide you with a new game key.
6. If you think you are somehow culpable for allowing someone other than yourself to access your Origin account, buy a new game key.
7. pbguid 625d33ada1e0add51aa67bed146e51e1 has been compromised and the only fix is to get a new game cd key.

To add on tot his, Was playing on a server today that uses FairFight. Went on a 22 kill streak on Death Valley, Bam started getting killed by admin.
Annoying shit, FairFight is a crutch, not an anti cheat system.
More like a kick in the crutch if you get lucky with a killstreak :P

such Answer. know that developers against changes! but these changes are not in the game, and the operating system, what do you say? use of the Introduction may reveal your defense? will be for a global block, or just a kick from the server?

When you add a server to a team account it enters a queue, were it will sit till approved by a PBBans staff member.
The wait time is in minutes as opposed to hours

For a well educated man in his 40's you sure have a unique way of expressing yourself.
Congratulations are in order on 3 counts.
1. Complete and utter failure to grasp the fact that your pbguid has been compromised and can never be "uncompromised"
2. You have now managed to get closed the only avenue of information that was providing you with info on how to progress your issue with EA.
3. Your warning bar is now full and any further outbursts may well lead to a full forum ban.
Apologies to the folks who contributed to this topic, if anyone feels the need for any further information re the topic title, I would suggest opening it in a Streaming Admin section of the forums :)

Its still worrying though when it appears its extremely easy for someone to hack someones origin account.
It's only as easy as the account creator makes it :)

Yes
If would seem harsh to me if origin fucked up, your account got hacked the said hacker uses a cheat on your guid. You get your account back, origin confirm this, but still you have the conviction on your name forever having done nothing wrong other than origin allowing someone to hack your account.
Origin did not allow anyone to hack an account .... the account creator did.
The onus is always on the player to ensure a strong password that is unique to their Origin account is used.
I know people that have had their origin accounts hacked using secure passwords.
I know a fair few claim that their accounts have been hacked into and used to cheat with .... problem is that in 99.9% of cases we come across their pbguid has only been used from the same IP address (EB and EA do not track player details, the PBBans MPI does).
I know of some that have a nice secure password on Origin, and also use the same nice secure password on forums/blogs etc that are a lot less security conscious than Origin.
There are also the scenarios Benway posted earlier whereby keylogging malware is used to steal game cd keys and probably a whole lot more.
Post a lovely youtube video of cheat use ... put a link to were you can get this undetectable wonder cheat ... hey presto, you get a load of fresh cd keys etc.
Ever wonder were the cheat coders get their inexhaustible game keys from :P
And lastly.
Its a worrying thought tbh.

my account was hacked on Monday also and PBBans fail to acknowledge that fact and lift my ban. bastards. I provide a great deal of supporting documentation, to no avail. the hacker was Igoreme15, so watch out for him.
I contacted EA and the only thing I may be able to do to get back on the game is do a persona transfer and start all over from ZERO.
I can't believe that PBBans would not be more helpful in reviewing documentation and background info such as hackers IP vs mine as well as gaming location.
seems like an abuse of power to me.
The one thing to remember about any ban issued by PBBans, is that we ban pbguids that have been used to cheat with ... alias / ip / or anything else does not come into it.
If EA have helped you recover an Origin account that has been hijacked by someone other than yourself, ask them for a new game cd key which will in turn generate a new, clean, pbguid, because the one you have now is "out in the wild"
We do our best to help folk on here .. even those who use weak passwords for everything Origin related or use the same weak password on numerous other forums that are a lot less secure than Origin is.
Being accused of an abuse of power ... excuse me .. what power :unsure: is a sure fire way to get a lot less support than what you are getting at the moment.

Has anyone else explained anything in detail as to why your pbguid is banned ?

yes me i don t use cus off that... BTW i m new on PBB stream. And i never can t set server s for stream. With GGC i don t have any problem. this is good program for Kick , Ban hackers... http://b3flcc.net/index.php?p=addServer and game don t crash with starting program.
You actually need a team account to stream servers via PBBans, your application is still processing :)
Any anti cheat site that just requires forum registration and minutes later you can stream a server has, at the very least, a corrupt ban list.

Zombie mode seems slower than BO
Single player not too bad thus far.
Multiplayer is just what you would expect from a COD series game only difference is weapons and maps.

The one thing we know for sure about VIOLATION (PB HACK) 130808 is that raising that violation incurs a globalguid ban.
This means that Even Balance themselves have banned the pbguids' of any players that have raised a PB HACK 13038 violation.
This means that the pbguid of any player that raises VIOLATION (PB HACK) 130808 will not be able to join any PB enabled server for that particular game genre.
This means that no third party anti cheat site has any input what so ever on bans issued on players who have raised a PB HACK 13038 violation.

The stable release date (RTM) was August 1, 2012
While your waiting, we have had a few reports of players who have installed windows 8, fixing their PB issues by running PB Service installer (pbsvc.exe) again.

47200 is the server rcon/query port ... the port you use when adding a server to your team account is the actual game/join port.
rcon/query port to set things up.
game/join port when adding to a team account.
If you are unsure what your servers full address is .. you add the server address that shows in battlelog to your team account.

The only fail that I see is that you have confused PBBans with Even Balance (the creators and maintainers of PunkBuster™ software)
PBBans is a privately run, third party streaming service and has no affiliation with Even Balance.
The bans we issue are made within 3 seconds or less of detection.
There is no facility for editing any of our systems data, it is what it is, "live" streamed log data.
Just thinking out loud here .... what I don't get is .. if SureViolence and Sychokillz are both your brother, how come it was your pbguid /Origin account that first appeared the day after SureViolence got a global ban and Sychokillz still has his original clean pbguid that was first seen on a PBBans protected server on October 7, 20012, and last seen on October 22, 2012 (before and after the SureViolence global ban) and he still has his active Origin account first created November 30, 2011
