After a sustained period of none streaming team accounts are automatically deactivated so that PBBans tools / resources etc are only available to admins that truly support the anti cheat cause by actively streaming a server.
Your team account last streamed a server on November 06, 2013.
Normal procedure would be for you to open a ticket and request reactivation.
I have activated your team account and your now clear to add servers.
Please be aware that a streaming server must be added within a 14 day time frame otherwise the team account will be automatically deactivated, and the reactivation process will have to start all over again.I could not find a viewable roster on your site, this issue needs to be addressed asap to prevent any future problems if your team account is selected for a random audit that we employ on PBBans team accounts.
A roster can be something as simple as a pinned/closed forum topic, listing every member that represents your group by wearing your tags. -
Here is the advice we give to players in your situation;
First and foremost you have to make sure that you have a secure Origin account.
The best way to do that is to use a fresh email address,create a new Origin account and start again from scratch.
1. Use a strong password that is unique to Origin and not used on any other forum/blog etc
2. Do not allow windows to remember your usernames and passwords.
3. Do not click links you are unsure of (especially game and/or cheat related)
4. Do a full system scan for malware.
5. If you think EA is somehow culpable for allowing someone else to access your Origin account, ask them to provide you with a new game key.
6. If you think you are somehow culpable for allowing someone other than yourself to access your Origin account, buy a new game key.
7. pbguid 99506c32bf3325f8db091ebb515999f6 has been compromised and the only fix is to get a new game cd key. -

Seems some have missed what I posted so I will repost the relevant sentence again;
The #81518 violation will remain in play until one of those on the receiving end can reproduce that violation, on demand, by running none cheat software.
Up to now no one has done that.

Will just post it here with screened personal info. I've sent non-screened logs to SuperTaz and Benway. Logs taken from server I'm renting. EDIT: took a while (3 days) to find player with 50856 who accepted my friends request and then agrees to join my server.
Player with 50856 gets kicked immediately, player with 81518 stayed on server until I've asked him to disconnect (~10 minutes).

All the above is quite normal.
Last time I checked the 50856 cheat violation came complete with a globalguid ban issued by EB themselves.
This means that anyone raising the 50856 violation will not be able to join any PB enabled server.
The 81518 cheat violation just incurs the standard punishment PB normally employ .... a 2 minute kick.
It is the proactive admin or third party anti cheat service that turn the 2 minute kick into a ban.
Not every server streams via PBBans and not every server uses the PBBans banlist, in fact only a small fraction of servers stream to a third party anti cheat site so I would dispute the 2 out of 3 comment :P

What seems odd about these bans is the amount of people who are fighting their corner in a mature and sensible manner.
The normal "F*ck you I no Hax" brigade don't seem to be prevalent on this one. My gut feeling is that something is wrong and not 100% definite hacking.
I hope EB look into this in more depth as I can imagine nothing worse than being accused of doing something you haven't, especially with the option of Cross Game banning. The collateral damage could possibly be high on this and that makes me wonder.....
Are EB sticking to their guns even though they suspect things might not be so water tight with the bans ,as they don't want another climb down over another ban wave?
I see a fair few appeals including the EB troubleticket and I would say the opposite is more like it.
The appeals I have read (including the EB troubleticket) have been full of outrageous indignation and nothing else.

It seems we had more luck than you and Scottya268 has made a reactivation request.
All it needs now is for a server to be added to the team account.

A suggestion for the OP.
Make sure you run a full malware scan on your pc.
We have a zero tolerance for cheat site links / advertising etc on here ... and an even greater intolerance for malware links.

From what I see you were a member of a team account back in the day, not the Mater User of a team account.
As it happens I have just this minute received a reactivation request from the Master User of the Tactical Advantage team account (Witness) and the account has been activated and is awaiting a server being added to it.
Contact Witness and ask him to add you to the newly activated team account.

The default "punishment" for raising a PunkBuster™ software cheat violation is a 2 minute kick, it is the proactive server admin or third party anti cheat service that turns that 2 minute kick into a permanent ban.
PBBans also provides, unique, up to date MD5 scans that enhance standard PunkBuster™ software and also issues bans on submitted PB screenshots that show cheat use / ingame demos showing cheat use (where applicable) and cheat related cvars (where applicable)
There is also a myriad of tools and features available to server admins that stream their servers via PBBans.

Even Balance (EB) are the creators and maintainers of PunkBuster™ software.
Your cheat related violation was raised because the server you were on was PB enabled.
PBBans is a third party anti cheat streaming service that is not affiliated to EB in any way.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
False positives are normally dealt with by EB pretty quickly so ............... just sit tight and wait :P

Do you think we can snap our fingers and EB will jump ... we are a privately run third party anti cheat site ... not EA/DICE :P
Even Balance always have the last word on cheat violations raised by their own PunkBuster™ software.
If it was an MD5 scan / PB screenshot cheat related issue I could give you a definitive answer but because it is an EB violation we have no choice other than to sit tight and wait ... that goes for all of us.

Exactly my problem too. Even though your stats doesn't matter in a hack violation, it should be a clear indication?. I was also banned for no reason, can't join any games, appealed my ban yesterday, and still no response. This is f'n absurd. I paid a lot of money for this game, only to be labled as a cheater, can bearly play the game because of all the bugs as well. I can't return the game because it has been opened, and certainly won't get a refund by telling them I was wrongfully banned. I really hope PB will fic this problem, otherwise you have lost a lot of loyal players

PBBans is a third party, privately run anti cheat streaming service and we are aware that a possible "false positive" statement from Even Balance may be forthcoming ... but until that happens any recipient of Violation GAME HACK #81518 will remain on our banlist

It is entirely the server admins choice whether to scan for cheat related cvars.

Lets say I raise a cheat violation on an official server, will I even be kicked off of the server?
I'm not talking by PBBans, I'm talking through punkbuster itself. PB Detects a hack, and attempts to kick me, does it happen?

A quick check reveals Enemy Territory pbguid a0eca311 does not appear on any PBBans banlist.
PBBans does not issue 365 day bans.
