With the total lack of meaningful input ... even from the topic starter and recipient of a globalguid ban, there is not much point in leaving this topic open.

If all you have given Even Balance is stats from third party anti cheat sites, and flawed stats to boot,  then I can confidently predict that you have no chance of having your globalguid ban lifted.

Only a small portion of servers actually stream their logs via a third party streaming service.

Even Balance employ numerous detection patterns to detect online cheating.
Unfortunately, with the amount of free software available for download these days (anti virus / overlays etc etc) a small amount of those detection patterns are later proven to be "false positives".
Even more unfortunate is that the small amount draw publicity and the vast majority of successful detection patterns are just taken for granted.

 

As it stands right now #81570 is a valid cheat violation that is also accompanied by a global ban issued by Even Balance themselves.

Actually you don't appear on the PBBans ban list because you have not tried to join  a PBBans protected server  since Even Balance slapped a global guid ban on your pbguid.

 

Only EB can assist you because Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance.

 

EB staff do not even have access to this forum section so no amount of posting on here is going to make one iota of difference re your issue.

Your global ban has absolutely nothing to do with PBBans (a privately run, third party, anti cheat streaming service) in any shape or form.

Hello everyone, i have a question for you. The other day i was playing with a guy in my private unranked server. this guy was using a kind of cheat (i really dont know the name of the program). After 20 minutes aproximately, the game of him closed. As i had procon opened, i read that he had received a ban, i deleted it (my mistake, i didnt copy the log), he entered to the server again with no problem. Here is my question. I've been checking for the last 3 days in anticheat.com, ggc-stream, and in pbbans, his GUID but his account is clean. how could it be?

The default "punishment" when a player raises a cheat violation via PB software is a 2 minute kick. :o so unless you are streaming via another anti cheat site you can not have read that the player received a ban.

It's the proactive admin or 3rd party anti cheat service that apply the actual ban.

 

You do not stream your server via PBBans ... you do not even have a team account.

So if a player raises a cheat violation on your server, 2 minutes later he can rejoin it with no problem.

First of all, you added the server to your team account with the wrong port (95.141.40.138:8777)

The correct server address is  95.141.40.138:7778 which I have added to your team account for you.

The server is not configured properly for PBBans Hub streaming.

Please make sure that your pbsv.cfg contains all 3 ucon profiles;

Make sure that you have all 3 ucon profiles in your pbsv.cfg;

All 3 are added automatically when the automated Hub set up tool is used, but only the first one is present in the pbsv.cfg available for download.

The reason for the 3 ucon profiles is so we can switch IPs when an issue is prevalent, especially handy right now as we have been under constant ddos attack for the last couple of weeks (and still ongoing)

The reason we do not have all 3 ucon profiles in the manual download pbsv.cfg is to make it just a little bit harder for potential and actual attackers to access our streaming IPs.

 

Also please be aware that when you add a server to a team account via account manager the server then enters a queue ... the final addition is always done by a staff member in case of any obvious issues, so once added there will be a short delay between adding and streaming.

The only thing we can offer players in your position is advice, and here is what we advise;

First and foremost you have to make sure that you have a secure Origin account.
The best way to do that is to use a fresh email address,create a new Origin account and start again from scratch.


1. Use a strong password that is unique to Origin and not used on any other forum/blog etc

2. Do not allow windows to remember your usernames and passwords.

3. Do not click links you are unsure of (especially game and/or cheat related)

4. Do a full system scan for malware.

5. If you think EA is somehow culpable for allowing someone else to access your Origin account, ask them to provide you with a new game key.

6. If you think you are somehow culpable for allowing someone other than yourself to access your Origin account, buy a new game key.

7. pbguid 3385ffe132384838fbed7241018ceeaa has been compromised and the only fix is to get a new game cd key.

pbguid 3385ffe132384838fbed7241018ceeaa also appears on the anticheat.inc ban list and if you will have to use the anticheat.inc appeals protocols if you intend to contact them for any appeal.

You will probably get the same response from them as you do here so at least you know what to expect. (small comfort)

I would also like to point out that not every pb enabled server streams via a third party anti cheat site and not every pb enabled server uses the PBBans ban list, PBBans does not even force their ban list on admins that use PBBans services, it's a totally "opt in" thing that server admins make a conscious choice to be part of,so there are still pb enabled servers that you can play on.

That is old information you have posted ... the guy is not banned by anyone and I have removed your image containing his full pbguid.

The player did raise a cheat violation (Violation (GAMEHACK) #81567) on June 21, 2014 which was later declared a false positive by Even Balance.

You last streamed a server here May 01, 2011 so if the demo you are talking about does not come from a streamed source it's a waste of time reviewing it because there will be no streamed logs to verify authenticity of the demo.

You have to remember that the default "punishment" for raising an EB cheat violation is a 2 minute kick :blink:

If that cheat violation is raised on a PBBans protected server, the pbguid that raised the kick is placed on the PBBans ban list.

EB do issue a lot more global bans than what they used to a few years ago, but the majority of pbguids that raise an EB cheat violation are still only kicked for 2 minutes.

Unfortunately we do not have unlimited resources and we rely on donations to pay our way so we have to limit access levels to our tools and services.

Show that you truly support the anti cheat ethos by actively streaming servers and you get access to all we have to offer.

Your best path would be to join a group that streams their servers and get yourself added to their team account as an extra admin :)

If a pbguid appears on the PBBans ban list, that pbguid is banned from every server that uses the PBBans ban list.
So a player whose pbguid appears on the PBBans ban list can still find PB enabled servers to play on because not every server admin uses the PBBans ban list.

Any cheat related violation that is raised directly by PunkBuster™ software, as per this list;

#50000s - Aimbot
#60000s - Wallhack
#70000s - Multihack
#80000s - Gamehack
#90000s - 'Cheat' Video Drivers
#100000s - Speedhack
#110000s - Autofire
#120000s - Game Hook
#130000s - Attempted PunkBuster Hack

is added automatically to the PBBans MBI.

PBBans will also issue bans were applicable, for cheat related MD5 scans, cheat related cvars, demo's, PB screenshots and cheat file matches.

If a pbguid is globally banned by Even Balance, that pbguid is banned from every PB enabled server of that particular game genre.
Example:
if a BF4 pbguid is globally banned by EB, that particular pbguid is banned from every BF4 PB enabled server and the player will not have any PB enabled servers to play on

[Streaming a private server]

I have got my main server streaming ok and so was my scrim server when set to" public " in the admin.txt.

Yet when I change the scrim server to private and password the server for events my streaming does not work.

Could you please tell me if there is another method to stream a private server...

There is no other method, "one size fits all" so to speak :)

That's the beauty of Hub streaming, unless everyone stops streaming, the issue is always client side.
