Firstly, your pbguid has been globally banned by Even Balance themselves;
Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance.
Third party anti cheat sites such as PBBans have no input nor control what so ever re global GUID bans, so using the PBBans appeal system to appeal a globally banned GUID is useless for all parties involved.
We (PBBans) will deny any appeal made through our systems due to the above reasons. A troubleticket with Even Balance is the only thing that can help you. Make sure to add any information to it that you think will help your cause (don't forget your GUID). Also make sure that you have told Even Balance that your ban is a global GUID ban.

If you feel that you have recieved a global GUID or Hardware ban in error, you may submit a support ticket to Even BalanceSecondly, all we can do is offer advice to players that find themselves in your situation;
First and foremost you have to make sure that your Origin account is secure.
The best way to do that is to use a fresh email address,create a new Origin account and start again from scratch.
1. Use a strong password that is unique to Origin and not used on any other forum/blog etc
2. Do not allow windows to remember your usernames and passwords.
3. Do not click links you are unsure of (especially game and/or cheat related)
4. Do a full system scan for malware.
5. If you think EA is somehow culpable for allowing someone else to access your Origin account, ask them to provide you with a new game key.
6. If you think you are somehow culpable for allowing someone other than yourself to access your Origin account, buy a new game key.
7. pbguid 35f97f15a2db61a97460937bece1f48a has been compromised and the only fix is to get a new game cd key. -

I have added the correct server address and its streaming nicely.
All relevant forum upgrades have been applied.
When you have taken a peek to see were you went wrong, just delete the wrong server address via account manager.

PBGUID 44c997835e77cffb26817b252aba8110 was first seen July 19, 2009 by a player based in Canada ..... it was last seen July 18, 2013 by a player based in Israel.
The player from Israel used pbguid 44c997835e77cffb26817b252aba8110 to cheat with and was subsequently banned.
In between those 2 dates, pbguid 44c997835e77cffb26817b252aba8110 has been used by players from 2 other countries (Poland and Spain)
PBBans are under no obligation what so ever to inform ESL of anything.
As far as I am aware ESL are not part of our supported leagues group

After 9 months of having fairfight as the sole anti cheat deterrent and the game still being overrun with cheaters a more effective, all round anti cheat deterrent was called upon by the war z devs ........... PB.
As Surfy has already stated, anyone can apply a kick / ban to those players that join a server and 5 mins later are 35 - 0
Whats needed is the ability to detect the not so obvious cheaters who are using gamehacks / simple wallhacks / and the not so obvious aimbotters.
This is achieved by running PunkBuster™ software and enhancing that software by running the recommended MD5 tool scans provided by the third party anti cheat site of choice.
As for using cheat coders/staff members to help deter cheating, only a fool would believe that they are willing to sacrifice the monetary gains that selling cheats gives them for something that will severely dent those profits.

The one thing I would like to see is EA/DICE being more proactive, and in our case more cooperative (server files), with the tried and trusted anti cheat deterrent of PunkBuster™ software enhanced by third party streaming and MD5 tool scans.

i logged in and added our server to PBBans.
but now my connections is totally ruined.
i get a big of 100. but my normal big are around 10-15.
and some servers i have good ping on.
and it happens right after i added my server to this website. i don`t know if there is anything wrong here or i am using alot of internet for PBBans.
How so ?
You do not even have a team account at PBBans so streaming a server is impossible.

Your issue is twofold.
1. You have been using a leaked key/pbguid to play with that subsequently triggered a cheat related cvar violation by a player from Israel.
2. ESL have banned that particular leaked key/pbguid from playing in their league/ladders.
Both issues are nothing at all to do with PBBans.
Contact someone from ESL and copy/paste both of my responses to you, ask for an explanation of why you are banned by ESL.
From what I can gather, ESL have banned a pbguid that was used to cheat with and not you specifically.

COD4 leaked key that has been used in Spain / Israel / Poland / and Canada.

Solution:
Buy a genuine retail copy of COD4 of your very own and share the game cd key with no one.

No one here is the least bit interested in what you have to sayBesides, if I posted exact details, my cover would be blown, and we can't have that now, can we :P
PB did do its job, Even Balance globally banned your pbguid.But in the end of it all I'm sure if I was hacking pb would have done it's job and banned me itself no?
If it ends up me having to buy a new bf3 then I hight doubt I'll be buying any game using pb in future if this crap happens!
I am sure your absence from the bf3 community and PB protected games in general will be mourned greatly by the vast majority that game fair and square (insert sarcasm here)
So, best of luck appealing your global ban via an EB troubleticket, there is always a first time for everything and you never know, yours may be the first successful appeal of a global ban, and here endeth any assistance/support from us.

Highlights are;
PBBans is not Even Balance (the creators and maintainers of PunkBuster™ software)
PBBans is not affiliated in any shape or form with Even Balance.
Even Balance have issued a global ban on your pbguid.
PBBans has no input what so ever re global bans, they are issued and maintained exclusively by Even Balance.
The one thing I can tell you from what I know for sure is that the cheat site profiles I found are not just someone with a similar name, they belong to you.
So please, take your issue directly to Even Balance via a troubleticket, or contact your cheat supplier and ask them for advice.
No one here is the least bit interested in what you have to say and judging by the evidence I found myself, Even Balance made a first class decision in electing to globally ban your pbguid.

I am having the same exact problem as well. Apparently as of recently many people are having this problem. I was fine until 2 days ago when it started out of no where. I lost my starting position on a pro comp team due to this issue. Need to get this figured out immediately. It would help if you guys would tell us exactly what that restriction is.

Only Even Balance can give a definitive answer to your question and they do not reveal anything to anyone about their detection methods etc.
What I can tell you is that we see a lot of appeals claiming that they only used cheat engine, so use at your own risk.

Thanks for the comments. Somehow they managed to wipe off that GUID from the global banlist yesterday.
They did not manage to do anything :)
The cached data time period ran out and because COD2 is no longer supported by EB the global ban checker we use does not work for COD2 any more, it just sticks in processing mode and does not reach the part of the process that tells you if a pbguid is clean or globally banned phase.

72824b38 looks like it is derived from a leaked cd key, it has been used by players from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Morocco, The Netherlands, Croatia and Slovenia.
It may well have been globally banned by EB in the past, but there is no way of checking now.

I can find no ban on our systems that pertains to you.
You will have to contact the server admin and ask why you are banned, or find another server to play on.

PBBans offers 2 types of streaming to server admins, full and lite.
Lite streamers are server admins who do not meet the mandatory streaming requirements required for full streaming but who want to protect their servers from cheaters as much as they can.
Then they can work on attaining full streaming status while enjoying a modicum of protection whilst they do so.
Your pbguid raised a cheat violation via PunkBuster™ software.
You are very lucky that your PunkBuster™ cheat violation was raised on a Lite streaming server and your pbguid appears on the "unofficial master ban index" as opposed to a full streaming server and your pbguid appearing on the official master ban index.

If you find yourself on the wrong end of a UMBI ban, you could try appealing to the server admin that runs the server your banned from to not support the UMBI.
Alternatively you could carry on doing what you have been doing for the last 10 months since your pbguid raised a cheat violation.
Not every server streams via PBBans, and of the servers that do stream, not evey server admin enforces the UMBI.
Then there is the ultimate solution, create a new Origin account / purchase a new game / start again from scratch and do not use cheats :rolleyes:

We have come across players in the past who were using a VPN or similar to mask their true IP when using a cheat, so don't hold your breath waiting for Even Balance to lift their global ban on your pbguid.
Their usual response is to inform the appellant that their pbguid was definitely used to cheat with and that they do not collect personal information such as IP, alias etc.
We offer this advice to any player in your situation;
You need to be absolutely certain that you have complete control of your Origin account, if possible create a brand new Origin account and start again from scratch.

The accounts staff vet each application.
Only when the security checks have been passed can an application progress.
If there is a problem, the applicant will be asked to provide input.
The onus is on the applicant to keep track of his application.
The only communication between applicant and accounts staff should be confined to the applications procedure.

Were did you buy the new game key from from, and how long have you owned it ?
