I'm not sure if this is the right place, but due to financial issues, I have had to cancell my server.
I would like to thank you for your service, and all the help I had setting it up.
If I decide to rent a BF2 server again, I will be back.

all three of my Call Of Duty 4 servers are not streeming?

You only see things from a players standpoint, so any argument on PB is flawed.
PB is still the best anti cheat software by far (try joining a server with no PB and make a comparison)
PBBans uses the tools provided by EvenBalance, to enhance PB and turn it from proficient to leet.
PBBans can also prevent previously convicted cheaters from joining a server.
The one thing we can not do is to force every server to use our services, so you will probably experience cheaters on non streaming servers (including your own clan server)
Cheaters actively search for servers that do not stream to an anti cheat site or have PB disabled.
If you join a server and come across cheaters within it, the best thing you can do is to inform the server admin about the existence of PBBans and hopefully the admin will be proactive enough to do something.

A punkbuster troubleticket is not just for players who have incurred cheat violations.
They will also troubleshoot issues such as this.
It's always a good idea to list all processes that were running at the time the violation was raised (antivirus / chat programmes etc etc )
The key word with any troubleticket query is patience, EB get a hell of a lot of queries and response time is dependent on how busy they are.
Normal response time is 48 - 72 hours.

installed a mod called modwarfear on server i noticed that a guye got kicked for mdtool5 for 2 minutes but on other servers ppl with the same cheat get permanently baned before they enter server these servers are unmodded thats why i wonder if modding a server makes pbbans less efective
Not all MD5 violation kicks are bannable.
Modded or unmodded has no effect what so ever on PBBans effictiveness. :)

The information that I see related to the above pbguid (aliases and IP) is soley related to you.
The above pbguid is not on PBBans MPI or PsB MBL.
You say you are getting PB banned from your server, what is the exact kick message you receive ?
From were I am sitting at the moment, this looks like a local ban issue.

If you have a task running that sends regular heartbeats to the Hub
pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver or something similar, then thats all that is required to keep servers that are empty for long periods streaming.
Other admins have had this issue before and the most common root cause is a server or PB restart that execs a default cfg that does not contain the neccessary streaming commands.
That would be my first thing to check ........... I'm sure others have had different reasons for the sudden none streaming issue and will post them up here (hopefully :) )
If we get a few responses with various reasons/fixes, I will collate them all and pin as a new topic.

UCON is still broke for it when a server is empty so I guess it was the ol copy / paste for the server department. So anyone adding a server for Crysis Wars will have the same issues as Crysis. It's been almost a year, 2 games later and they still can't get it right
Least some developers know how to properly code PB into a game like Infinity Ward, id software ,etc.
Familiar tale and not unexpected tbh.

It's always best practise to run pbsetup.exe prior to any gaming session ... takes a minute to run and drastically reduces this type of kick and many others.

Just released a statement out of the blue saying they were not releasing any more patches for Crysis, leaving thier Crysis community high and dry.

I dont like stepping in to a topic like this but as you ban is also showing up on PsB i think the staff at pbbans will under stand
There are two players showing up using your CD Key code. One is in the USA and the other player is in Canada.
The player in Canada got the 1st Aimbot #50104 violations and the other two violations are showing up on the player in the USA.
All 50104 violations get a Global ban. I am not saying that you have been using a cheat but one of the two players using this CD Key has been using a cheat to get this violation.
You could log a support ticket with Even Balance and if EB does remove this Global ban from your PB guid then you will find that the sites you are ban on would remove your ban.

I have never seen a #50104 violation declared anything else other than valid.
A troubleticket was opened by the player and the response was the standard one we see in cases like this;
Note #3: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.That means that EvenBalance have checked this out and the violation raised is valid.
The only thing that concerns us is the pbguid that raised a bannable violation, and as it has been declared a valid violation by EB then I'm afraid it will remain on the MBI.

Although I do understand the fact that you can't delete the ban simply because whoever else has the key would be able to hack.
That would give me cause for concern Bro.
Your cd key has undoubtedly been used by someone other than yourself.
If your so sure that a 3rd party programme did not steal your cd key did you voluntarily pass it to a "friend".
If you intend using a "friends" key that could end up "out in the wild" as well.

Hello!
After my CoD 4 GUID was banned and my appeal rejected, it seems as if I have no where else to go but the forums.
My GUID, a7a44334, was banned for an aimbot violation from an IP located in Montreal, Canada, under the alias of "Bourmik". First off, I've never used such an alias, second off I've never been to canada, much less gamed there.
Also, there appears to be a great deal of IP addresses and alias' that I never used while playing CoD4, which leads me to believe somehow my cd key came up in a key generator somewhere, somehow. Talk about unlucky, I know.
I've spoken to AC Admins in the league I play in, CAL, and they know that my CD key was somehow stolen, so I'm trying to see if theres a way that I can get my GUID/CD-Key ban erased so that I can go back to playing CoD 4.

PBBans like every other anti cheat site bans by pbguid only, you have had an appeal denied, so I do not see the point of posting in a general discussion area but seeing as you have, I will post a reply here too.

Your pbguid has raised an aimbot violation.
Your pbguid is globally banned by EvenBalance themselves.
Your pbguid has been used in Canada and the U.S.A.
Your pbguid will remain on the MBI because its a valid violation, confirmed by EvenBalance.
Solution:
By a new game.
Advice:
Before you install your new game please be advised, there are a lot of little programmes out there that once installed will immediately install a back door trojan onto your system and transmit your cd key to another location.
We have come across them in - instant lvl 55 prog / fps tweakers / back up your cod4 prog etc etc.
So either format your pc or make entirely sure you have no malaware installed, otherwise you will end up with another banned cd key.

Solution is to run the streaming commands and get it streaming, this can be done in a number of different ways .. the easiest are the automated webtool that ice has already given you .. or use bf2cc as outlined here;

Fozzer, the IP address is different from his original application.
I know its different from his original application Bro, but I will still need the full address of the new server so I can check it out before re-opening the original denied application. :mellow::rolleyes:

Duplicate forum accounts are deleted or banned as a matter of course.
Team account applications are dealt with as and when we receive an application.
Your forum account is obviously working because you can post, I do not see a team account application from you.
Have you made a team account application ?
