Here are a few salient facts for you to read and digest.
1. Your server(s) are located at your home address.
2. We do not allow servers located in someones house to stream.
3. We are a privately run anti cheat site and as such can refuse our services to anyone we choose.
4. We are not the only anti cheat streaming service out there, your quite welcome to try your luck elsewhere.
5.Why keep posting on here, its not going to magically change our standard operating procedures.
6. I can tell you right upfront that you will not be allowed a team account here, now, or at any future date.
so we will just continue using sites that are here to back the gamer not the GSPI am sure those sites will really benefit from your vast experience, networking knowledge, and all round demeanor.
We will just have to struggle on with our old "hick" ways I guess.

I changed the password to the FTP server and also the password in the cfg file.
Let me ask you this.. I have two members who try to join and it gives them this large 3 line reason why they can't play saying something about their subnet being banned by PBBHub even though they don't cheat, their GUIDs are clean, they aren't on the master ban list.. How do I remove them? I'm honestly really confused.
Its your server and you have full access, close it down, remove all traces of streaming commands and restart.

I quit my old clan however I still am the original owner of the account.
The ip is: 8.6.75.153:28960 name = 24/7 Knifes Only [CA]
I do not however have the original account name, but I am the owner of the server. I still have full ftp access and can provide proof of ownership with my latest invoice and drivers license if need be.
Somebody still however has the old password and is banning people left and right and this has to stop. I need this server to change hands from them to my account.

If you are the server owner, you must have all the relevant passwords etc.
Simply change the passwords and remove the streaming commands from the relevant cfg.

NOTE:
If your server is empty for a long time, it can be shown as not streaming.
If this happens verify that the line pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver exists in your pbsv.cfg file.

There is currently no server added to thie account.
You can do this yourself via account manager.

ok i finally got the server streaming, but i can't take any of the credit for that work. I went to the provider and they said just give them my pbbans info and they will do it for me:D Now im just waiting to get my mpi access back...:D tnx
They probably fixed the error they made that stopped you streaming in the first place :P

I have loaded this thing 10 times know and It wont work, I have never had this much trouble with it before with my other servers, all with the same game provider (my internet services).
As you already know, initiating streaming to PBBans is dead easy :) so when a problem like this rears its head the first thing to do is to confirm that PB is installed, fully updated, and working correctly.
To do this you send a few bog standard PB commands such as pb_sv_ver or pb_sv_homepath and see if the server responds to those commands.
Let us know if you get a response and we will take it from there.

I quit old clan and took my server with me and started a new clan.

My account # is 1028 and the clan tag is -KbK- the clan name is Kill or be Killed Elite
The account info has been updated.
All that remains is for you to add a server that streams.

As for flags, I was told to do so on my first streaming server by KGBNY lol.

I was in a server playing with some clans mates and i binded my mouse wheel to shoot. I got banned from all air dale opts streaming servers for this and i have no issuse with that. I was unaware that this was considered a bannable offence. Not knowing that the company even exsisted, i tried to join a server it said i was banned by a server admin. so im thinking that i pissed of an admin or something. So i change my cdkey to a key my friend gave me after he stopped playing cod4 to be able to join. Low and behold he had been banned for some sort of aimbot. so when i join this server i get auto kicked for global ban. I had no idea, so now im in the ban index for pbbans with my name ([FU]Scrapdizle).... this does not look good. i hate hackers with a passion, i have never hacked in my life nor even have the knowledge to hack. But yet ever since i used that cdkey im being tracked as a hacker.. i switch my cdkey back to what it was and everything is ok again but my name still shows up as a alias for this cdkey. Please help me.
The reason you are able to post in the normal forum sections is because the actual bannable violation was not raised by you.
Aliases mean absolutely nothing in the anti cheat world or the world in general come to that.
Only piece of advice I can give you, is, choose your friends more carefully :P

The problem is, that when you put in your application for a team account, you added a note that you already had an account but could not log in to it.
A team account and a forum account are 2 different animals entirely, because you created a duplicate forum account, your previous forum account was banned as a matter of course (this is our standard operating procedure)
Your original forum account had never made a team account application, but because you had made a note in your recent team account application saying you had an account but could not log on to it, the assumption was made that you had a previous team account.
solution:
Make a full re-application.
points to note:
When making a query about an account, please ensure that the type of account (forum or team) is mentioned.

The only allowed pbucon types are 1 (if you want live bans and other planned enhanced features) or 0 ( if you want to disable live bans ). If we find servers that are using 2 or 3 ( this causes the actual game logs to be streamed ) we will consider this as an attempt to overload the hub, your server will be immediately removed and your account suspended for one month!
Send these commands to your server ( 66.55.137.73:27733) via rcon, one line at a time(ignore responses and just continue this full sequence);

Why would it say that I have 2 GUIDs, do I have one for every Soldier?
Because you have used 2 different cd keys.
A pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash that is generated by the game cd key.

Please post the last 8 of your GUID or a link to your ban.
From what I see he has not got a ban, just a really bad attitude that will probably elicit no help what so ever off people who may have been able to help.

Let's get one thing straight, right from the off :) streaming does not cause any kind of PB problem, so the root cause lies elsewhere.
What is the server response to the command pb_sv_ver

If you check your logs you will see that I was able to join your server and run around for 5 minutes or so with no problem what so ever.
I always follow a litttle ritual before every gaming session, by using pbsetup.exe to make sure my PB client is fully updated.
Try it, it could make all the difference :)
