I've played the demo a few times now. Both against the computer and on demo servers, and have also found it to be a little to much like BF2 for my personal liking.
I'm not sure that I'll rush out and buy this game on release day, as it completely lacks the feel and the fun that I've come to love about RTCW and ET. Here's hoping they don't make a mess of RTCW2.
Now that would truly be a disaster of catastrophic proportions ;)

I don't like the BF feel to it, too many games these days have an over reliance on vehicles above and beyond the ones for objectives in ET etc.
But we will see when the full copy arrives
Agree totally, I have the game on pre-order and its a matter of wait and see if its money down the drain or not.
My personal opinion is that if anything, ETQW is too team/class orientated now, gone are the days when a sneaky engineer could win a map all on his own.
Server admins need to restrict the classes to force players to choose something other than medic .. I played as a lone engineer last night on a Jolt server and was surrounded by medics whose sole intent was to keep themselves alive rather than the engineer who was building bridges / fixing MCP etc etc, needless to say the GDF lost every round.
Another major irritant on the same server was spawning and then being backstabbed by a covert Strogg .. at one point there were 3 of them in the GDF spawn just waiting for fresh spawns and going on a knifing rampage, I dont know about anyone else but this sort of thing guarantee's that I disconnect and find somewhere else to learn the game pretty damn quick.
To get the full benefit of ETQW or any other modern game released nowadays will require a pretty hard hitting pc, that, coupled with the fact that I would rather play a WW2 fps any day of the week means that I will reserve judgement on a nice looking demo that to me seems like bf2 with nobs on :)
There is some stiff competition coming up in the shape of cod4 etc etc and only time will tell if SD have got it right.
The one thing that has impressed me is the way beta / beta2 and then demo was released so that bugs could be ironed out before releasing the game .. it's a method that EA should be taking notice of :P

When I checked your server last streamed :

So, you have had it streaming and then you have changed settings.
Possible scenario is that you neglected to enter pb_sv_wrtecfg as the last rcon command and streaming stopped when you restarted the server.
Quick fix is to go through the rcon commands one at a time and then check the server streaming status using the above link.

No it doesn't Bro, with the PBBans Hub streaming is instant :)
If you have set up correctly, the moment a PBBans admin adds your server to our systems your good to go as it were.
I know you stream elsewhere as well, best advice I can give you is to look at things with a completely new perspective, the PBBans Hub is a completely different method of streaming compared to the old rep. method you use elsewhere.

Technical Violations: (Resolution: Reinstall PunkBuster from the latest game update patch)

#141 - Distress (This indicates a problem trying to update to the latest version of PunkBuster - it may indicate a problem reaching one of our Internet-based Master PB Servers which can be caused by firewalls, router problems, etc.)
Miscellaneous Violations:
#111 - Bad Name (Resolution: Change player name or play on a different server)
#112 - Too Many Bad Names
#113 - Too Many Name Changes (Designed to eliminate name change spamming)
#114 - Protected Name (Resolution: Change player name or play on a different server)
#121 - Negative Score Too Low (usually from Killing Teammates)
#151 - Extended ASCII Characters in Player Name (Resolution: use regular letters, numbers and symbols in the player name or play on a different server)

Integrity Violations:
When PunkBuster is unable to verify that a player's gaming environment is functioning properly and/or has not been alterred, an Integrity violation is raised. This also involves the detection of modified game or PunkBuster files. These violation numbers are between 10000 and 29999.
Cheat/Hack Violations:
When PunkBuster detects a cheat or hack by repeated positive identification on a player's computer, a violation is raised. These violation numbers are 50000 and higher. Families of cheats are listed below. Resolution: Remove cheats and hacks from the computer.

With the PBBans team account there is an option to add/delete/manage servers yourself and a post is not required.
If there is a problem when the final addition is done by a PBBans admin then a forum pm will be sent explaining exactly whats up.
In this particular case though, its just as well you posted up because this server is not configured correctly for hub streaming :rolleyes:

well thanks for all your replies, i know its clean because ive never ran anything, however the league admins say your all retarded, you dont play or care for sof2 anymore, so u dont know what your talking about.
So i guess ill get banned for being legit, oh well there are other games.

It's always a good idea to post on the forums of the correct anti cheat site Bro :)
Server 66.55.146.99:16567 is not in our systems, but it shows in another anti cheat sites system use the server checker here but has not streamed to them for over 7 days.
It might interest you to know that its been possible for over a year now, to stream a server to both premiere anti cheat sites.
To initiate PBBans streaming, only requires a few rcon commands;

Multiple forum accounts being created by littlepolak or whatever he deems to call himself will not change the fact that he's a convicted cheater.
The duplicity from everyone in this clan that comes here and tries to get the =BFG= server added to our systems casts a shadow over the integrity of the clan as a whole, and although some "back door" methods have been used to get accounts and in this case the server added to our systems, I am telling you all, once and for all that the =BFG= clan is not welcome to stream via PBBans.
When you use an underhand method to bypass our checks, its only a matter of time before it's found out and dealt with.
This is a privately run anti cheat site and using our services is not a right.
You can of course elect to try streaming with another anti cheat site.

Gday guys, just need some opinions on this demo as I do think that he is using a wallhack of sorts. The map is mp_maaloy.cod2 and running on AWE 3.2 I think or 3.1

You do realise that even if the demo was the most perfect example of a cheat, there is nothing that can be done because your server does not stream to PBBans, this means that all that can happen is a local ban can be applied by you.
If you were streaming and an undetected cheat was submitted via a demo to PBBans, the pbguid of the offender would be placed on the Master Ban Index (MBI) and once that happens all PBBans streaming servers would have their pbbans.dat updated within 1 second of the ban being added to the MBI.
Streaming gives you access to the PBBans Master Config Index (MCI) which is a comprehensive list of the latest cvar/md5 scans that will ensure your server has as clean a gaming environment as is possible.
The MCI is updated as and when new cheats are released.
The PBBans Hub can also help detect private paid for cheats.
The PBBans Hub uses a new method of initiating streaming that will happily run alongside any existing streaming that you may have in place.
All it takes is a few rcon commands to initiate streaming
