If a master server goes down for any PB supported game, it's quite easy for a server admin to apply a quick fix;
PB_SV_GUIDRelax [0-7]
Defaults to 0; Controls PunkBuster's kicking behavior related to GUIDS; A Value of 1 means PB will not kick for UNKN (Unknown) GUIDs; A Value of 2 means PB will not kick for WRONGIP GUIDs (these are GUIDS which are valid but not from the IP Address the player is connecting from); A Value of 4 means PB will not kick for DUPLICATE GUIDs; These values (1, 2 and 4) can be combined to achieve the desired behavior
So pb_sv_guidrelax 4 will ensure no one is kicked for dup guid during the master server downtime.
As always, the PBBans recommended guidrelax setting is 0 :) so when the master server comes back online pb_sv_guidrelax 0
A point to note is that if the commands are sent to the server via rcon, unless followed by the command pb_sv_writecfg the setting will stick for that gaming session only, a server or PB restart will enforce the original guidrelax setting as per the server pbsv.cfg

Just for info, when you add a server via your team account, no post is required, the final addition to the Hub is always done by a PBBans staff member, if theres a problem you will receive a forum pm telling you.As you can see, your 2 servers are streaming nicely, with no problems :)
We believe that the people who actually fork out the $$ for their servers should be allowed a lot more control over them with the minimum of fuss, so if you have streamed elsewhere, forget the restrictions and delays that occur, as your clannie can confirm, streaming was set up in minutes and everything was showing as streaming on all our systems immediately.

Go here and download pbsetup.exe click me
create a folder on your desktop (call it punkbuster or whatever) - add the game to pbsetup - run pbsetup.exe.
Try joining a server.
If you still get kicked.

PB has always caused some issues with fps/lag since it's inception, especially since the last two or three updates that relate to Vista and the way it handles the files.
That's the price we pay, though, to help keep our servers clean and clear from hackers.
One thing I've noticed, since the latest PB update.... I'm not seeing a lot of busts on my servers via the pbbans.cfg, anyone else noticing this too? My game is ET, btw, but I'm curious if this is similar accross the board or not?
Just coincidence I would say. :)
Pre streaming your server was pretty much "open house" for cheaters, as the bans flow the cheaters get the message that they aint welcome and go play elsewhere, or remove cheats completely-generate a new pbguid and play honestly, or go play a clanbase match :P
My personal outlook on PB services is that as time goes on PB will improve the way they are run and things will get back to a semblance of normality, I look at this initial phase as the "beta" test.

Both servers you have posted for rep. streaming, already stream via the Hub.
That leaves rep. streaming open for other anti cheat sites, who all use bog standard rep. streaming, if you so desire :P
