Just having trouble with the two UO servers.
Using pb_sc_pbucon - get correct response back but when checking servers via PBBans site it says "server not found on our system" yet they are in the Account List ok.
also, when I go to edit flags for them it says there are no flags to edit.
Any help or pointers here greatly appreciated.

I have now setup all the plain CoD servers and they show as streaming.
Do I still have to submit a streaming request on the forum for each server ?
Also, the flags for the UO servers don't say accepting Hub bans - ideally we would like this - is there something diferent to do with UO to get it to work ?

Once your happy all is working ok , you can use the quick check feature to check if the server is streaming on our main website http://www.pbbans.com/ or use the MSI to run a check http://www.pbbans.com/msi.php

My bad, guys. I thought there was a difference in a team account vs. a streaming server account. I will be posting for the addition of several admin accounts soon.

If you want to add additional admins to your team account - the request must come from the main account holder (i.e. you :) ) - just make a post here http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showforum=349
It makes it a lot easier for the admin dealing with the request if you quote your team account number and the forum id of the guy you want added.
The forum ID can be found by viewing profile and copy/paste the group of numbers at the end of the url (yours for example is 109332 )
I normally send a forum pm to team accounts I create and will send you one right now, it might help you out a bit :)

Agree but the problem at the moment is that we can not run PB as you all proberly know PB fails all the server have that problem.
So what to do whait till PB solf the problem and then try again??????
Also my misstake forgot about PB wash off
The thing is - even if a team account was created for you, the upgrade would not kick in because you will have no servers streaming.
Your access levels would remain exactly as they are now.
When/if the PB problem is resolved just bump this topic and a team account will be created for you.

We were playing xpk INTENSITY and he got kicked from pb for dissallowed drivers/something else..and we are not sure what that is..but would like to know
The "Disallowed program driver" kick is normally followed by a short sequence of numbers, and if the player concerned is getting this kick repeatedly, and can not find out whats causing the kick, needs to open up FEAR TroubleTicket to determine what is causing these kicks.
The disallowed program driver means that the rendering path of FEAR is being redirected by another programme and a trouble ticket will help the player find out the culprit.
Make sure you include in the trouble ticket:
1. any overlay programs installed (chat, voice, media streaming, etc.) please make a note of those in your trouble ticket
2. Your Direct-X version
3. Your video driver version and if you are using the standard drivers or modified ones

When you remove the bans, could you please send the pb_sv_unbanGuid command to all hub streaming servers? Saves server admins to unban locally as well.
Our ban managers are already working on it Rude, and a quick thanks to all who co-operated with EB on resolving this issue, for the patience displayed, and for having faith in the system :)
