not streaming 190.196.112.4:27960

Hello everyone my problem is this

 

I had a server streaming with pb, but then I change the IP and when I add the new server I get the following information

 

"Server is blackisted 190.196.112.4:27960 from streaming to PBBans.

 

All Attempts are logged and Report to PBBans Staff "

 

My old server had this ip: 190.196.112.2:27960

 

a little help?

Game Server Provider

Servers MUST be hosted at a data centre. This means that you can rent a server off a Game Server Provider (GSP), co-locate your server or rent space on a dedicated server in a data centre.

Any server that is situated at home or in your home office/business that you can access via your network is not acceptable. There is no reason that you should be able to play the game on the same IP as the server that you wish to stream to PBBans.

 

- We will automatically deny any application where we find the server is not hosted at a data centre.

- We will automatically deny any application if the server IP is the same as the applicants.

- We will automatically deny any application if the server IP appears on the MPI (Master Player Index)

- We will automatically deny any application were the submitted website has racist or pornographic content.

- We will automatically deny any application wereby the applicant appears on the MBI (Master Ban Index)

- We will automatically deny any application wereby clan members appear on the MBI (Master Ban Index)

Hey, I only need a change server IP

this was mine, and IT WAS STREAMING http://www.pbbans.com/msi-server-190-196-112-2-27960.html

now the IP is 190.196.112.4:27960

it change only one numer 2 = 4

I cant add this new ip because appear this

If you only require the change of part of the IP then it still doesn't sound like the server is hosted in a Data Centre.

As I asked in my first response, who is your Game Server Provider? From the sounds of it you are hosting a server from a home machine which isn't acceptable here.
