Call of Duty Black Ops 2

When crowds around the world greet the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops II tonight, it may be the biggest entertainment launch of all time.

I think they might be in for a big surprise when lots people will not show up to get the game tonight. Of course, that is just rumor. lol

I thought BO2 was not released yet? Why is there almost 11,000 people playing already? The game should be released according to U.S. time, since Treyarch and Valve are both in the U.S., right? Or did I miss the memo again. :P

Seems to be doing well on the critic reviews (8/10 and above)

That just means their corporate hospitality packages were about 8/10 on the kissass scale :P

Zombie mode seems slower than BO

Single player not too bad thus far.

Multiplayer is just what you would expect from a COD series game only difference is weapons and maps.

It would be the fault of the plant who presses the discs.

If you look at the comments lot of it talks about bad graphics or lack of innovation. Both of which many already expected.

As for the graphics, IGN said it best for MoH Warfighter:

Gorgeous visuals and high production values can only carry a poor experience so far.

I'll be honest, I've enjoyed every CoD singleplayer since CoD4 (I never played any prior to that). I've usually played beat through within a day or so straight because they draw me in and want to keep playing.

I've been reading good things from real people and not trolls on metacritic. It's not anything groundbreaking but it works at least and seems to be fairly bug free.

I never seen MoH Warfighter break 10,000 PC players online. Black Ops 2 MP already has seen a peak of 51,000 players on PC and Treyarch is already talking about patches to fix issues known and new.

Take a bow Treyarch. They really know how to make a solid single player fps. Loved the first black ops campaign story, loved the second even more. Puts Dice's bf3 single player to shame.

Now for zombies!

Don't mean to be a negative nellie here ladies and gents. Gotta get this off my chest though. Bought this thing today at the strong recommendations of my buds. Played awhile in Multiplayer. I will NEVER, EVER complain about BF3 again. Blops II doesn't even feel like a COD game. I don't know what it "feels" like. Maybe, idk, a 3d version of the standup Street Fighter arcade game from years past? A bad cartoon?

True, it's hit detection is good. But, wow, that's it. What is with the cartoon graphics? I feel like I should be standing with a joystick in my right hand and pressing a fire button with my left, all the while wondering how many quarters I have in my pocket if I don't get enough points to earn my "extra" life. Welcome to the world of standup, truckstop arcade games. Last COD game I played was [email protected] Don't remember it being as arcade like as this one is. Oh well, flushed another $60 down the toilet.

Ok, I suppose my previous post is a bit harsh. I should never give my opinion on a game after too much 12 year old Scotch. And I just had finished the last of my Twinkies. Forever.

Just another day at kicking ass. Zombies mode is so much fun, just wish we had some better people to play it with.

Joe publics are really bad at this game, they always drop out inside the first 5-10 rounds once they go down.

You can now pack a punch guns more than once, in one of these screenshots i pack a punched the M8A1 3 times and as you can see it suddenly became a weapon of death from the future. Great stuff!
