It is up to the server admin or third party anti-cheat site to issue a ban. no actually its my clan member and i know him reall very close he said he have didnt used any aim bot but have visited some sites but didnt downloaded any thing from there dont know y he is getting kicked for aim bot which he is not using it And you know this person is not cheating simply because he/she told you 'I'm not cheating!"
