GameTracker.com seems to be reatively popular. Personally, I run the VSP stats processor on my own web server which parses your server logs to keep them accurate. Example here.

Your server must be streaming here for you to be able to use this feature.

It is a violation raised by PunkBuster software. However, a violation being raised does not mean that a global ban will be placed. When the violation was raised, the information was streamed to us and he was subsequently banned from all streaming servers. There is nothing you can personally do to have this player globally banned by EvenBalance.

Global bans are issued by EvenBalance only. PBBans have no influence in when / how GUID's are global banned by EvenBalance.

We only ban by GUID's, not names.

Remember, in your Trouble Ticket, ask directly for them to state if the ban is valid, or if it as false positive. If they state that the ban is a false positive, appeal the ban here, and include a link to your trouble ticket. The ban will then me removed from the PBBans system.

That server ([FAG]) is streaming to PBBans. If you submit the demo to their website / server admin, they'll be able to submit it here for addition to the MBi. However, he's already been caught so not too much would come of it. He's also changed his GUID several times since then, so only IP address bans will successfully keep him off a server.

As previously stated, the demo can only be submitted by the streaming game admin who runs the server, including appropriate log data.

Either pbsv.cfg or pbsvcvar.cfg. Find the checks and delete them. Then, restart PB.

Two options are available to you. I recommend you only use one: 1) Check the 3 'Accept xxx Bans' flags in your account manager. When a player is caught cheating on a server streaming to PBBans, the ban command is sent to your server. Note that you must first generate a ban list from the Master Ban Index and upload it to your server first. 2) Check the 'Enforce Bans' flag in your account manager, and you don't have to do anything. When a player connects to your server, their GUID is checked against the Master Ban Index. If they are banned here, they are kicked and banned from your server. Not only does this mean you don't have to generate a ban list and upload it, but your ban list is kept much shorter and therefore your server runs more efficiently.

Two ways: 1) Manually open pbbans.dat and delete the line referencing '88.108.' 2) Using rcon, do 'pb_sv_banlist'. Locate the ban, and it will have a number (example, 1476). Use pb_sv_unban '1476'.

What is the IP address of your clan member, and is your clan members IP address static or dynamic?

Send it through rcon and he'll be automatically added to your ban list. Entering the command into your pb config is not required as the command only needs to be sent once, not every time PunkBuster is restarted.

If a server does not stream for 24 hours, it is automatically deactivated.

My personal recommendation is to check "Enforce Bans" and to uncheck the three "Accept xxx Bans" flags. This frees up your server's ban list, improving efficiency. You also don't need to manually generate a ban list and upload it to your server. Also be sure to update your MD5 tool and CVAR checks, by clicking 'Master Config Index' from the PBBans.com home page. That will give you the best protection possible.

ETPro GUID's are a little harder to change, but can easily be spoofed. Ban by PB GUID. If they come back, IP ban.

Could you provide a little more info please? :) I.e. game, how often does it stop streaming?
