He already had a streaming account, but without a server configured to stream. Once a new server is added to an inactive account, it always takes a whille before forum status is automatically upgraded. Since his account was approved, and he had a server streaming, I manually upgraded his account status on request. If a staff member hadn't attended to the matter, his forum account would have been automatically upgraded after a little while.

Done. Process is automatic, but I've updated your status manually to speed up the process.

What is the MD5 file set to in jPAT? It should be set to pbsvuser.cfg, although this WILL erase the checks added by the PsB Auto-MBL. If you have this set to pbsvuser.cfg already, restart PunkBuster after updating with jPAT. Check if the MD5 tool checks are loaded by doing as you just described. If this works, add a config inside your pb directory named "update.cfg". In it, add "pb_sv_restart" (without the quotes). Set jPAT to load "update.cfg" after an update. This option is accessible by selecting your server, then clicking 'edit'.

Send the rcon command: pb_sv_homepath As fozzer stated, this will give you the exact folder to place the streaming configs into.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it :)

Can you post the content of your server's pbsv.cfg? Also, is 'pbucon.use' present in your server's pb directory?

Double check your ban list. Generally, that issue is caused when the GUID is already banned on your server.

As long as 'pb_sv_load pbsvlog.cfg' is in your server's pbsv.cfg, your streaming to PsB will not be stopped.

Upload the PBBans configs (as you have done already). Simply add this line to the bottom of that file: pb_sv_load pbsvlog.cfg Upload configs to your server, and restart PB.

As long as it is executable, it should work. Also, post what you have pb_sv_sscmd set to, and what the response to pb_sv_homepath is.

I haven't looked closely into the MPI info yet, although I will do tomorrow. However, it should be noted that linked GUIDs are UNRELIABLE, and should not be relied on exclusively unless there is some other information or hard evidence available. If the player's IP is static, then it is most likely that they are indeed linked. If the players IP is dynamic, it is much less reliable. Always bear that in mind.

The GUID is not banned here. If you're banned on a server, it is a local ban from that server only. You'll need to contact the server admin to have the ban removed.
