I find it disturbing that a conversation about current weapon policies due to the recent shootings has turned into an e-peen conversation about who's country saved civilization who's countries had dictators. Lets get this straight. The two have NOTHING to do with each other. If you want to go throwing the name of Hitler, Stalin and co around then you can feel free to PM me to discuss. This discussion is about now, not what happened x years ago, not what countries did then. It's about what can be done to prevent mass shootings of children happening again. It's about little children who have lost their lives because a clown and his mother were able to buy several weapons and commit mass murder. THAT is what I'm talking about. Burying heads in sand and hoping it doesn't happen again simply isn't good enough. Also I know the states are not the only country to have had mass shootings. We had two guys go on the rampage here last year to. Norway, lets not forget about that. It's just ignorant to not try and want to change things though, because whatever country you live in, wherever you are, if something like this happens to your young, your government should want to do something about it, something real, not talk the talk and then wait until the next time.

Silly thing to say. The point Benway was making is that the gun laws are too liberal in the states where any joe and his hamster can own an arsenal. The last big shooting in the states actually caused a rise in gun sales over there. Everyone wanting to protect themselves I guess and not realising it just causes an ever perpetuating problem/risk. There is certainly no reason why any private citizen should be able to own an assault rifle. Contentious issue maybe but that's just my opinion.

Any mass shooting is one too many.

I would need to review it as of course dynamic IP's play a part. Anyway I don't think I need to divulge our ways of checking on these stories. If anyone claims this has happened to them the accounts staff will check it out. We had a few appeals in the past claiming their steam account had been hacked, amazingly enough though they're house and IP had been hacked too. Case by case basis.

If the GUID continued to be used from same IP area I would suspect that the origin hacking is a "good excuse". It would probably be fairly obvious on the MPI information if someone had genuinely got their account hacked.

Any programme that makes you sign into it before you can play a game is crap imo, that includes steam. Both are turning PC's into consoles.

Mine wouldn't be a true representation as I have two origin accounts, one for single player games so me and hubby don't have to buy 2 copies :P

That could be the review for any FPS.. Nothing unique or inspiring about ANY of them. Devs will continue to release as FPS are guaranteed bums on seats.

Luckily there's more to EA then FPS games. :)

I don't go on all that anti EA shit to be honest. If I like a game I like it, regardless of who published it.

Depends on ya definition of dumbed down... . Personally I think games are being dumbed down due to stories being too lightweight or non existent, most people can't handle a story. Just like modern films being dumbed down to one action sequence after another. If its soley about difficulty, well pfft if ya playing a game for a story then you don't want to be thwarted by overly difficult sections. If ya playing just to play a game.. hmm can't relate lol.
