no the GUID was used to cheat. it is banned for that reason it does not matter how the cheater got on the GUID leaked key or hijacked through EA customer service unfortunately, you will need a new key.

she did explain it all bans are announced because of the flag you have set your sig only show the ones actually caught on your server -
if they worried about making games that people wanted they would sell so many it wouldn't matter games used to be free and send them a couple of dollars if you felt like it large corps were built on this model then they got greedy
