Keep in mind that if he is still a member of your clan, he will have to be removed before you are allowed to continue streaming.

Only Evenbalance, the creators of Punkbuster, know exactly what triggers their violations and they don't share that information. There is only one way he will be unbanned, and that is if he appeals his ban and Evenbalance states the violation was triggered in error. Tell him to click 'Appeal this ban' and to read the instructions *very* carefully.

Not just your physical Cd-key, but you should also make sure your PC is safe in terms of anti-virus and such. Many games store the unencrypted CD-key in the registry, meaning a malicious tool *could* extract it for others to abuse. Common sense and a decent security suite for your PC go a long way ;)

Copying to the clipboard is nothing to worry about ;) A GUID is a 32-character hash based on the CD-key you installed the game with. There is no way to spoof this in any game, except Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, which is why we no longer ban for violations in that game.

I'm not familiar with that RCON tool, but I doubt that's possible. GUIDs are secure for every game except Enemy Territory.

Very very very unlikely, but it can't be excluded entirely either. The most likely scenario is that he hacked, or someone else physically used his PC to hack. Either way, it doesn't change the fact that it's his responsibility to keep his PC/CD-key safe, so he will still remain banned.

You can use this tool, although it's probably easiest to reinstall the game entirely. Make sure to check and double-check the CD-key you enter.
