Only Evenbalance knows exactly what each violation means, and they don't share that information. Judging by the name, it's an illegal modification of the Videocard-driver to provide an edge over other players, but other then that, we can only guess. As far as searching a specific name in the MBI goes, you can use our search function. As a side note, our banlist is known as the MBI (Master Ban Index), not MBL. ;)

Evenbalance are the creators of Punkbuster, we are in no way officially related to them and do not control what is supported. I assume the reason they stopped supporting Fear Combat because they were no longer getting paid. I'm afraid we aren't going to support something that isn't supported by Evenbalance themselves.

BF2CC bans are based on hash and not GUID, so I don't think it will work. You could simply upload the pbbans.dat file to your server, though.

I believe it's only accessible to SGAs and above. When a forum admin reads this thread, I'm sure he'll fix it for you ;)
