That is a very disturbing thought. I can deal w/ alot of the things related to this games release. But w/ an already limited anti cheat service available. No demos to review really bothers me alot. No demo to review to nab glitchers after the fact? No demo to submit to GGC? This takes what little recourse the individual server renter/admin thought he/she had, and threw it in the trash. Dont like this news one bit

Whats this about -No Battle Recorders, as shown in the utube vid in your post? Cant say I've heard this bit of news yet.

Although a disapointment and questionable judgment on their part, it "is what it is" at this point. With a few months remaining untill its 'hopeful' release date, I dont expect any changes in the near future. Unless the Beta is an absolute abortion, we will be adding at least one BadCo2 server reguardless. I understood and supported the complaints w/ MW2, and we passed on it. That said, I wont cheat my clan the chance for a new game and interaction w/ new ppl based on lack of PBbans support alone. I think the graphics look great, and a distructable enviroment that adds an element to online gaming I've yet to experience. We all stream to PBbans, yet still have cheats that make it past the safegaurds. Nothing is perfect unfortunatly. We will continue our monthly donation to PBbans while running 2142 servers, but being forced into a new direction for BC2 wont be the end of the world for anyone. If anything, how will it be different than we have now? Black pb_ss for obvious cheaters? (that no one cares to fix the root causes of). Cheats/Padders that change keys and/or GUIDs, just as fast as local bans are applied? People w/ mulitple Pbbans still finding their way onto our servers? PB alone very well may not be the answer for BC2. That said, from my experience ALL anticheat systems have their inherent deficiencies. In the end, when the tools provided to catch cheats are ineffective and/or flawed, its the server admin that must decide between fair and foul. Such will be the case w/ BC2, just as it has been more often then not in 2142.

Yeah, got that spam as well. Guess times are tough all over... Told them to stick with what they know best. Their support staff (George especially) is the best. But I sometimes wonder about the decision making up the food chain there at times. Ah well, good luck w/ it I suppose.

Was looking for a thread related to donations/subscriptions. Guess I found it :rolleyes: Was curious as to when the money collected was going to be updated, as well as the site sponser list. Our group set up/sent in, a monthly PBbans donation on Monday. I sent RodeoBob a PM about being added to the sponser list, still no reply. While looking in the paypal donate area, I see there have been several other donations, yet the monthly goal/collected remains unchanged. thx

Hey guys. Although I am extriemly happy PBbans is back up and running, my tarded self cant figure out what I am doing wrong, in getting streaming again. I had my provider change the PB_SV_UConAdd 1 208.122.49.138 pbbhub1 pbbanshub part. But what else am I missing? I feel like a complete idiot for not being able to figure this out. Any helpful advice?thx butt

Thanks for the input guys. I was not sure if it whould set off any alarms as it relates to PB. It did come with a software disk with a few apps, and didn't want to have a "false positive" pop up, and cause headaches. Just thought it best to ask in advance, rather than explain in the future ;)

I purchaced a new keyboard today, my first "gaming keyboard". Its the Logitech G15. It has 6 extra buttons on the left plane that allow for extra commands. I have not assigned these keys yet. I am not sure if these additional keys are ok to use, or if they are deemed as an "unfair advantage" in the eyes of EB or PB_bans? Whats the "official" view of using these keys, as it relates to PB_bans policy? Ok to use? In the past I've seen people cry foul, or accusing others of using macro keys/settings. Wanted to run this past the staff and get an official view, over what others are saying. Thanks guys. Butt

While trying to add a member to our team account, I am getting an error message. Account Manager ERROR: User already exists in account system Return Home I only have myself and another member twoards the 12 allowed. The player I am trying to add is a registered PB_bans site user, but is not shown in the "Account Manager - user list". Any ideas how to fix this?
