Do you have access to this link? http://www.pbbans.com/msi-server-list-cod4-27.html or http://www.pbbans.com/msi-server-locator-cod4-27.html

You can do nothing here with your own personal videos, I'd suggest going to the website of the clan of the server you play on. Most clans have report a cheater like forms where you can submit video and they can do a local ban as they see fit. If it's in COD4 from the ingame demo maker and from a streaming server you can contact the server admins and have them submit it for it to be looked at and potentially added to the MBI.

Time to temporarily switch to the Accept * flags so i have an updated ban list should the hub go down

If you are talking about these Just type in your server IP:Port on the "Check GUID or Server" Module. It's on the left hand side of the homepage. Once your server comes up it will provide you with a link to copy and paste In Google Translated German:

I think you're getting Valve confused with Steam. While Steam is Valve's software distribution program, the majority of games sold on steam are not Valve games. For instance, Railworks is not a Valve game, and so that particular game companies decision to milk their users dry through DLC is not consistent with Valves strategy, though I should bite my tongue with their recent announcement in regards to TF2. If you're a TF2 player you can't count the number of free items, maps and other content they have released for that game since it's release. And they fully support community made content throughout their games for online play. While the DLC in L4D 2 is just The Passing and this upcoming The Sacrifice, they have so many community made maps out there. None of which cost their users the initial payment they put down. Portal, L4D 1 & 2, Half-Life, Team Fortress 2 and others are Valve created games.

I disagree, Valve is among the "big companies" and they do DLC right. PC players don't have to pay for it. It's released regularly and for free and their games last much longer than a year and they have custom maps being released all the time for many of their games. The only grip I have with valve is every time I patch FLOT's L4D 2 server I have to put our custom banners back up. I guess I really mean that they are the exception to the rule, because they seem to be the only company that knows how to continue to support a game.

Maybe I'm dense, or maybe I'm missing something. Probably bot; Is it funny because you don't play BC2 and someone used your exact name. Or because some of those names match up to suspected hackers mentioned in the other thread? It's late forgive me but please explain, I'll hit myself later when its light out

does it allow mixed game mode servers yet, that was it's greatest downfall when I was looking at admin programs. Was a deal breaker

While logged in go to: http://account.pbbans.com/user.php Add innocent as a user to the team account and then request that he become the master user here: http://www.pbbans.com/forums/account-change-requests-sga-f349.html After all that goes through just have innocent remove you from the team account
-
What it's looking like they just put up their PreOrder page within the hour. $14.95 18 players max which is pretty damn low on both the slot count and monthly price side

Were going to need something like SourceBans because on the little fact that it has demo recording local bans will be at an all time high. I heard PBBans was going to expand into a Demo submission only arena and create a MBi for COD: Black Ops hint hint
-
haha welp there goes that one for good old clan fun, VAC yikes. Have fun in those wager matches without PB
-
Ouch that read was not very encouraging at all. On a side note, you need SourceBans for your l4d server then. Admin lists/ ban lists and immunity levels across all your servers

lol to the ask your keeper response. There's also the basic server signature images you can get access to without being tied to your account here. Just look up your streaming server from the homepage and lower down you will see a streaming status banner. These little guys The better banners, like that pictured in my signature will be editable once your registered to your account from your Accp. However if you know your team number and with a little hyperlink massaging you can find each default banner while you wait for your keeper to add you For instance http://www.pbbans.com/sigs/931b.png Where 931 will be your team number, 931 is mine and the lowercase letter is the different banners a-e

I think companies had to offload a lot of lower end last tier cards for Nvidia in order to get preferable quantities of release Fermi cards. And BFG wasn't able or didn't want to do that. I believe it is the reason why XFX jumped to AMD cards so it wouldn't be put in this exact situation, so it has two venues of product

Valve knows how to do DLC, they've added on a campaign "The Passing" and an uncommon common infected with their last DLC, and are going to be adding in another campaign "The sacrifice" and the old L4D 1 campaign "No Mercy" to L4D 2. No cost to PC players! I do wish however that it had PB, because we run a L4D 2 server and have come across aimbotters believe it or not

not at all, especially when I'm purchasing cards that are over the $400 these days I don't touch a companies product if it doesn't have a lifetime warranty. In many instances I don't think it was the case that it would be cheaper not to source an older card, because many a time other people would still get the same card back or they would still be selling the older card, but people that put up a fight would get the next gen top of line card back from warranty. They put in the work and they got the reward, but I didn't think it was a good practice for the company or any company and like I said it was just a thought from seeing many a post about such occurances on a popular hardware forum. It encourages people to RMA products that may not have gone through a little testing on their end to find a problem before costing both parties time and money in the hopes of just getting an upgrade. I need to find the statistics on how many RMAs western digital gets that aren't actually defective. And I don't consider offering a lifetime warranty with no expectation of getting a 6870(what ever next gen high-end is called) back from RMA if this one dies a crap warranty but to each their own. There are plenty of companies out there that will drop you with a $400 paper weight in 3 years or less. And in three years time, the low-end of that generation will certainly give the high-end of today a run for its money. When it comes down to it, it was just food for thought and I wasn't seriously saying that was the cause of their downfall. It's a practice that brings in new customers and I do hope it is sustainable.

VIOLATION (PB HACK) 132056
Crotan replied to RamireZb12's topic in Generelles Diskussions Forum (Öffentlich)
Your buddy is out of luck I'm afraid http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-pbviols.html -
Beat you to the answer, though it must be a UK thing because I've never heard the term used for US based companies

What do they mean by "gone into administration"? EDIT: Answer: someone has taken over the firm as an administrator who sorts out what is owed and what can be paid to creditors, suppliers, customers etc.

Sad day, but what company can survive on a business model where they upgrade customers GPU's from half decade old top of the line cards for warranty support. Seeing so many posts from people over the years on tech forums being upgraded again and again from ancient cards, and wondering how they could sustain the model. Well I guess I know the answer now, they couldn't. Though it is sad to see one of the few companies that offered lifetime warranties go under. The first computer I built had a BFG Nforce 4 Ultra Motherboard and I still have a BFG 7800gt running in a secondary computer

Not a lot of cheaters in BC2? In just over 5 months there have been 6,501 cheaters that have been caught, that's only a ~1000 less than the 7,578 that have been caught in the 4 years bf2142 has been out. Now we can chuck that up to improved detection techniques but I'd also wager there are more cheaters in the wild these days. It also helped to have that little period of PunkBuster servers showing non PB in the browser. With that being said the way Even Balance and PBBans are doing it is great, I still remember days of gaming on our streaming PBBans BC2 server when we still had announce bans on and we had a never ended stream of announcements of aimbotters being banned somewhere in the world of streaming servers. There's nothing better.
-
Screens shots will be like that for the foreseeable future for BC2 unfortunately. One thing you can do is make sure your server has the proper MD5 checks as well. I see your not a streaming game admin for your team. I would talk to Pope and make sure your servers are all set up with the MCI too. http://www.pbbans.com/master-config-index.html With that said the majority of cheaters caught on PBBans will be from positive identification of cheat files, for BC2 atleast. You will have much better luck with your PBSS from COD4. I wouldn't even bother with BC2 screenshots, until you read some news here saying otherwise.
-
Watched it earlier but this is what the video now says :scratchchin: Personally though, I'm only interested in the game if [FLOT] shows interest in it, then that means we might consider putting up a sever for it, and right now I'm not seeing much interest. Will be waiting for more battlefield games however.

How can i put SS and how can i see them?!
Crotan replied to Caesar83's topic in Battlefield Bad Company 2
I'd wager there are more people running DX9 with AA off then those running 10/11 with AA on. For people running older hardware one of the first things recommended to them is to change in your ini file to run DX9 by default instead of having the game pick the best available, which greatly improves their FPS. I wish that were the only problem, still though were gonna give the PBSS another test run and see if they have a better success rate now
