  1. Boot your server up, type details into the web tool and run it (http://www.pbbans.com/account/webtool.php). Check over your config's: make sure you update your pbsvuser.cfg with the md5 information and update the PBWebtool HTTP information in pbsv.cfg if you use it (might need to wait until you're added to the SGA user group again, as soon as the server is streaming on your Team Account the process should begin).
  2. Using search is a start though ;)
  3. *Waits for everyone to switch to the first GSP that allows PB folder access*
  4. That's true, no harm done anyway :)
  5. Here's a copy of the lawsuit filed against Activision by West and Zampella:
  6. Use search ;) http://www.pbbans.com/forums/find-guid-bfbc2-t112915.html
  7. Running the Punkbuster Services Tool is usually a good first step for most people: http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-pbsvc.html#install Generally people should be discourage from disabling firewall services and anti-spyware/malware applications due to the system protection they provide (even if relatively small).

  11. lol @ It happens but at least you got rid of him. It might be worth you considering running a full PBBans background check on all your existing members and future members prior to letting them joining, seems to do the trick for us.
  12. Just a thought: http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/battlefield_bad_company/archive/2010/02/10/all-things-battlefield-week-six-2010.aspx From the way I read that it sounds very much like an anti-cheat partnership which being integrated into their game (which I agree for PBBans is absolutely fantastic). However, could this possibly mean that in the future: If we have DDoS issues like seen recently, EA/Dice may support PBBans with such? In order to ensure that PBBans has no unavoidable downtime... should things go south with EthProxy. Obviously not worth pushing the boat out to such end, or loosing PBBans independence, but the possibilities with an arrangement like this could be extremely beneficial to both EA/Dice and PBBans over the years to come. If other developers also take note of this step by them we could find less choosing A/C options like VAC and moving to/keeping with PB, with third party streaming. In closing, EA/Dice 1 - IW 0 :P
  13. P.S. BETA2 has now been released (earlier today). Looks like there are going to be quite a few quickly turned around updates. http://ftp.4players.de/pub/hosted/ts3/releases/
  14. Happy Holidays all. And ditto on the above, nice theme - was a pleasant surprise!
  15. How's this for professional too? http://www.modernwarfail2.com/2009/12/15/even-community-mods-are-calling-out-402-at-the-official-iw-forums/
  16. Was coming here to report this one. AccCP > Manage Users > Search 'blahetc' and forum ID field next to the results is blank. Hunted it done via their forum profile so no "can't be done through a little bit of work", but certainly a bug! Damn you for beating me to it :angry:B)
  17. Just to add in I think I read that deal expires today, so time is of the essence.
  18. Oops. IW fail. It'd be nice to see PC cancellation figures from companies - doubt we will though.
  19. Nevermind ^_^
  20. T'was my fault had them offline while I was configuring the services for each game server. Have added another server on which requires approving 78.129.223.215:1024 That's all of them, for now :P, promise!
  21. Could an admin please do the honour of approving our servers for streaming? We've had a few technical issues over the past few days and had to change IP addresses so old servers were removed and new have been added. Team Account ID: 4491 Cheers.
