In pbsv.cfg will do the trick (pb_sv_restart required after config change). Assuming you have the server in both the PBBans TeamCP and GVUcon at GV. GV used to use the same method as PsB still does (repository streaming) but now it uses the same method as PBBans (UCON). You can only have one repository method at any one time, however you can have as many UCON streams as you like.

If you only require the change of part of the IP then it still doesn't sound like the server is hosted in a Data Centre.

As I already advised you, have them drop the unecessary flags which I pointed out and ensure the have the games MCI data in their configuration. All information on streaming is in the Info Centre (see the main menu). Their SGA has access to more resources than you so really he should be following this up - or have him add you to the account. And as to the why: if you read the thread then you would know why. PBBans has staff which test cheats and there is a zero tolerance stance on hacks. Testing hacks makes them hackers and hackers get banned - that's the whole idea of it.

With Dedicated Servers it's already better than Modern Warfare 2. (In the event that it becomes a massive failure - no one has the right to quote the above ;))

Last I heard GGC-Stream was under a DDoS attack, you'll just need to keep trying. Your ban is enforced by PBBans using GGC ban list. EBL's allow server administrators to enforce bans from other lists without having to be signed up for streaming to the specific sites. EBL sites are a limited number of anti-cheat sites which have an arrangement with PBBans. The EBL will enforce this ban while your GUID remains on a GGC ban list.
