This means the server admin has not updated PB on his server.
Either contact the server admin or play elsewhere.

These problems are almost always caused when your PunkBuster can't keep itself updated for some reason. Sometimes they are caused when the server you are trying to play on is running an old version of PunkBuster. If this problem happens only on one or a few PB Servers, then the cause is likely that those servers are outdated; in that case, you should avoid those servers. If this happens to you on every PB server you try to play on, then please click here for help on getting your PunkBuster updated.
Alternatively, try bringing down the console and typing /pb_security 0

hardware bans are applicable to every pb enabled game.
Get hardware banned on 1 game and you can not play any PB enabled server regardless of game type.

Without actual access to the server its a hard job to troubleshoot exactly whats stopping it.
first off I would check what server responses you get to:
pb_sv_ver
pb_sv_homepath
if they are in order check:
Note 2: If your pbsv.cfg contains;
;PB UCON Settings / Lists
pb_sv_usessionlimit 0
pb_sv_ucontimeout 300
pb_sv_uconempty
pb_sv_uconignoreempty
or anything similar (normally found at the very end of your pbsv.cfg) please edit and delete before carrying on with the setup guide
We have seen various things that even experienced server admins overlook and these are the most common things that stop a stream being initiated.
If you have no luck you can pm me your pbsv.cfg accompanied by a screenshot of your pb folder and I will take a look for you :)

The PBBans resommended method of streaming is via the PBBans Hub .. before any progression can you just confirm its the old rep method you want to initiate ?
The reason I ask is that your server does not show as "new server" waiting to be added.
