A lot of the time we find that the automated mail reply regarding ban appeals ends up in their junk folder .. enter the pbguid of the player concerned into the checker on our main web page if the appeal box has a red tint the appeal was denied.
Alternatively you can post the last 6 of his guid here and someone will look at it for you.

signatures normally update every 3 hours, so dont worry if a server does not show straight away in your sig info.

I just signed up for the site/forum. I'm apparently able to log in and post, but can't access things like my personal profile or the pbbans files that I'd like to upload to my servers and get them streaming.
I'm just wondering how long it takes to get the registration e-mail to verify myself for the site and be granted access to all of this?
I've been using the punksbusted.com configs for a while now, but am finding that many hacks still slip through the cracks, and pbbans came highly recommended to me by a fellow server admin and friend in the gaming world.
Looking forward to becoming an active streaming member.

The staff here are pretty pro-active with their various tasks so we do not rely on snail mail for verifying accounts etc :P
All registrants are put through our vetting procedures and if you find yourself only able to view a section called "cheaters hangout" it means you did not pass the vetting procedures we have in place.
I'm glad to say that your account was verified as completely legit and clean and I see you already have 1 of your servers streaming via the Hub.
You will find things progress a lot quicker here because we do not use the standard method of streaming as our primary streaming method.
We already have a lot of PSb streamers established here already and we value their positive input in the streaming game admin section of the forum.
Take a look around and get the feel of the place .. look forward to hearing from you in the private sections of our forum, we especially value any feedback on the procedures we have in place for setting up streaming etc and all ideas are welcome if you think you have spotted something that can be improved on :)

the above problem with viewing the site normally stems from norton security crap.
To obtain your pbguid:
1. Load up ET multiplayer
2. Bring down the console (should be the tilde key - above tab)
3. Type \pb_myguid and hit return
4. Type \condump guid.txt and hit return
This will create a text file in your ET/Main folder named guid.txt containing the text from the console. Copy and paste the GUID from there and include it in any communication about a ban. Don't copy and paste your CD key or the full text file all we require is the guid

If you want your very own team account etc, get in touch with rudedog and he will delete it from his team account and it can then be added to yours :)

try adding it yourself via your team account .. if you run into probs then make a post.
you add it and we verify it at our end .. once its verified it will show in your team account, so please give it a little time before posting it up as a problem if it does not show straight away

If you want other admins added to your team account, they need to be registered users and a post must be made by the main account holder (you :P ) in this forum section:

Iv enterd the bf2cc command line in CMD.
And no sign of it streeming, is there something iv missed?
Things progress a lot qicker when the howto guide is followed to the letter :P
step 6 Make a post here: click me with the Topic Title your server IP:Port, please state Hub, game and clantag.

you can sort the log forwarding yourself via your team account .. I have enabled log forwarding to ACI for ya. :)
