we dont check your pbss for you.
you will find all pbss in the svss folder in your pb directory.
If you find any that your not sure of post the original .png in the streaming game admin section of the forum and they will be looked at and commented on.
If you find one that clearly shows a cheat in use, use your team account (submit PBSS) and they will be reviewed for addition to the MBI.
Not sure what you mean by this:
if I leave my ban list on the server from my Team while on the server would that still keep them off the server
If you have generated a new pbbans.dat and uploaded it to your pb folder - thats a one time deal, all subsequent additions to the PBBans MBI get added automatically - this will keep all cheaters on the PBBans MBI off your server.

There are a number of well documented reasons why a black screenshot is returned.
Here is a response directly form Even Balance.
EvenBalance response:
Black screenshots will happen if the videocard drivers are old, when the game is not the active application, or on some Operating System/videocard/driver combinations. Also, screenshot detour hacks could cause these black screenshots.
In summary, black screenshots might not be caused by cheats or hacks but checking all the videocard drivers and/or possibly directx drivers is advisable.

your generating a new pbbans.dat for your server.
the players caught cheating via md5 scan are added to the pbbans.dat as standard .. what its asking is if you wish to include all players who have been banned because cheat cvars were found in thier mp.cfg.
this is entirely up to the individual admin, but its recommended that you include those players by checking the box.
you can add any existing bans that you already have (if any) by copy/pasting them into the large box above the "create ban list" tab
when you press the create banlist tab .. the generator will automatically delete any duplicates and what you are left with is a fully up to date pbbans.dat file that you can upload to your pb folder (overwrite the existing one)
you do this once only
bans are added automatically within 4 seconds of detection if you stream via the Hub.

a team account already exist's for this clan, so gadgad can just add the server to the team account after its streaming :P
