Un Global Ban está puesto por Evenbalance directamente, y no por PBBans.
Para quitar el Global Ban, tu tienes que poner un Support Web Ticket a los de Evenbalance en ingles explicando tu problema

BF2RA is a tool to manage your Battlefield 2 server from outside the game.

I have created a team account for ya anyways and as soon as the server gets streaming initiated al forum upgrade etc will be applied. (check forum pm)

but about the pbss that i already have what can i do whit them???????
sorry bro, but without being able to compare the digital fingerprint of the screenshot via streamed log information you will have to apply a local ban for every one you got or write it off to experience, get streaming, get busting the lamers who populate your server, get the feelgood factor in the knowledge that your running a clean gaming environment.
Cheaters actively search for servers that do not run any cvar/md5 scans / any server that does not stream to an anti cheat site, or any server that has not got pb enabled.
Streaming and running the recommended cheat scans that you will have access to when streaming is initiated will make your server a safe haven for the honest gamers who frag on your server at the moment.
Now tell me thats a bad thing :)

server is streaming atm via the pbbans rep .. after talking to the guy on irc it seems he is not confident enough with bf2cc to initiate streaming via the hub and so leave the old rep method free for psb .. at least that was the impression I got :)
any assistance from our resident bf series experts appreciated.

We can only accept pbss off streaming servers.
That is not PBBans saying "you dont stream, so tough"
It's so any submitted pbss can be checked as 100% genuine via the md5# in the streamed log information, and completely eliminate the "i was framed whine"
So, if the pbss was obtained when the server was streaming there is no problem, but if the pbss was obtained pre stream I'm afraid its unadmissable.
