if you read the howto guide properly you would see that chosen username and password only applies to servers that stream via the old rep method.admins??
nowhere does it state anything about chosen username and password on the Hub howto guide.

if you get a positive response from evenbalance, you will still have to contact aasa and give them the info to get your ban removed from their banlist m8.

aasa are not as community minded as other AAO anti cheat sites like ACI / AON and CB .. they have a sneaky little script that disables PBUCON which effectively stops streaming via the Hub.
solution: Join a AAO community that cares about all AAO players and not their own clientbase

just to put things in percpective.
streaming takes up a whopping 2-3kb of bandwidth an hour on average :)
the reported "lag induced by streaming cases" that we have looked at in the past were caused by a variety of reasons from badly configured pb settings / too many clans squeezed onto one box and dos attacks on the server box .. what gsp are you with ? how many clans share the same box ? what are the box specs ? assuming you run md5 scans have you tried increasing your freq setting ?
as mRx has stated post your pbsv.cfg and we can view and advise if neccessary :)

server does not show as "new server" waiting to be added to the rep - this indicates an error at your end.
as an alternative you might want to consider Hub streaming .. this can be initiated instantly by you with 6 rcon commands .. all details can be found here click me
as soon as a "live" stream is detected your forum status will automatically be upgraded.

cvars - just add them to your pbsv.cfg
md5 - create a file pbsvuser.cfg place it in your pb directory
bans - select your game /generate banlist / copy-paste any existing bans you have into the large box/ click create ban list /a new pbbans.dat will be created with no duplicate guids/ upload to your pb directory/ overwrite your existing pbbans.dat on your server ( you do this one time only, the process from then on is automatic)

As soon as some data arrives an auto forum upgrade will be applied

I have upped your forum status to streaming game admin.
For a team account to be created for ya, that will give you complete control over your server(s) re add/delete change of IP etc, and to have a PBBans forum signature, you will need a valid website added to your profile information. :)
