PBBans is a privately run anti cheat site. we dont place players on our master ban index for teamkilling, its the server admins job to police his own servers and apply a local ban when neccessary. you need to contact the server admin and voice your complaint. :)

I have received your chosen username and password m8, but, your server does not show as "new server" waiting to be added to the rep. This means there is an error at your end. Things to check in your root pb folder: that a pbsvlog.cfg exists that the pbsvlog.cfg contains the following info: pb_sv_LogAddr 63.171.64.22 // this never changes pb_sv_LogPort 24389 // this never changes pb_sv_LogUser USERNAME pb_sv_LogPw PASSWORD (username and pass are chosen by you and should be passed to a staff member via forum pm) that the command line: pb_sv_load pbsvlog.cfg has been added to your pbsv.cfg and last but not least that a pb_sv_restart has been executed via rcon just repost here when your ready for another check :) as an alternative you might want to consider streaming via the PBBans Hub - all this requires is 5 rcon commands: /rcon pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use /rcon pb_sv_restart /rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 1 /rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans pbbans /rcon pb_sv_writecfg hf and good luck :)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but heres a little heads up for ya. You admit you "tested" a cheat. That means you actively sought out / downloaded and installed a cheat on your pc. We have only your word that you did not use it on a PB enabled server, and this can not be proved. What can be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt is that a known cheat cvar was in your mp cfg. We also know that the cvar you were caught with is used to toggle on and off parts of a cheat. You made the mistake of joining a PBBans protected server with a cheat and got caught. 3 times you got kicked for the same cheat cvar in the space of 52 minutes. If the server was using the PBBans Hub your ban would have been instant on every PBBans Hub streaming server within 4 seconds after the first detection. Yawn actively updates the information it displays with ban info from PBBans and PsB. There is no way the displayed information will be removed unless you can prove that the ban was made in error. Read all the above very carefully and you might get an idea of why other players think your a cheater. I will go one stage further and say you are a cheater. we have a tech problem with the box the hub is on and work is progressing on it as i type - extremely frustrating for us and also for all admins using the hub - all hub related stuff is completely ok its just the login to the box that needs a fix and the problem is turning out to be a bit of a bitch to fix - hopefully we can at least get the hub back online pretty soon and apologies to all :(

whats the prob m8 - your server has not stopped streaming at all, have reaper stop by and give us a prod if he has a problem because from what i can see at this end there is np :)

i hear that EA made a pigs ear of issuing games with the same cd key - i am guessing you will have to contact them to sort it out m8 - this was something i picked up on irc so i would check around first :)

by entering your server ip/port here http://www.pbbans.com/msi.php i can say without fear of contradiction that your server is definitely streaming via the Hub :) We are receiving your stream with np and all is set correctly as far as i can see for your streamed info to be forwarded to ACI, CB $ AON, it seems strange that only ACI has a problem and no one else does but like i posted earlier when foxdie is about he will double check things at our end to make absolutely sure that your streamed info is being passed on.

theres quite a few forwarding logs to ACI is yours the only server that has a prob ? from what i can see there is np at this end but foxdie will check things out asap :)
