your server is indeed added to the Hub but it is not streaming .. a question for you ... do you stream to AASA using the standard method of streaming ? AASA scirpts disable PBUCON and that is a neccessary requirement for Hub streaming .. this is a contentious issue that has been discussed on various AAO sites ... basically AASA added this disabling feature without informing their members and anyone who complains is pointed to the AASA TOS agreement that states that you must stream to AASA and them alone. Hardly the actions of an AC site that puts the whole AAO community first and foremost but maybe proposed changes for future releases of PBUCON will change their minds back to your initial question .. a forum upgrade will only be applied when your server is streaming without interuption, if AASA is the culprit there is nothing stopping you streaming using the standard method to AON or CB and then stream via the Hub and forward your logs. still no data coming through Things to check in your root pb folder: that a pbsvlog.cfg exists that the pbsvlog.cfg contains the following info: pb_sv_LogAddr 63.171.64.22 // this never changes pb_sv_LogPort 24389 // this never changes pb_sv_LogUser USERNAME pb_sv_LogPw PASSWORD (username and pass are chosen by you and should be passed to a staff member via forum pm) that the command line: pb_sv_load pbsvlog.cfg has been added to your pbsv.cfg and last but not least that a pb_sv_restart has been executed via rcon just repost here when your ready for another check :) as an alternative you might want to consider streaming via the PBBans Hub - all this requires is 5 rcon commands: /rcon pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use /rcon pb_sv_restart /rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 1 /rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans pbbans /rcon pb_sv_writecfg hf and good luck :)

These are facts that I have confirmed are true via streamed logs and are indisputable .. so no matter what your player says either he or someone who has access to his pc was definitely on that server. This particular violation and ban was generated by EvenBalance themselves and the only way it will be removed from our database is if the ban is successfully appealed via the PB Trouble Ticket system which can be found here click me Some general info for ya. Cheat/Hack Violations: When PunkBuster detects a cheat or hack by repeated positive identification on a player's computer, a violation is raised. These violation numbers are 50000 and higher. Families of cheats are listed below. Your server does not use the PBBans MBI so the player concerned will be able to play on your server with apparently no problem what so ever, but, if he connects to a PBBans protected server he will not be able to join because he is on our ban index. Point of information, our MBI is available for any concerned admin to download and use here click me so the player may actually find he is on a lot more banlist's than just the streaming PBBans servers. summary: This player or someone with access to his pc has picked up a full blown PB violation that was not generated by PBBans but was generated by EvenBalance. If the player concerned thinks this ban was made in error, the only way this ban will be lifted is via the PB trouble ticket system. My personal view Not a very good start to any appeal when a lie is told at the very beginning. It makes me wonder if he deliberately connected to another server to "test" things out and just had the misfortune to choose a PBBans protected one.I hope this clears things up for ya, feel free to post the result of his Trouble Ticket here if he has any success :)

Hub streaming can be initiated with 6 rcon commands. You can also see what EvenBalance say about PBBans in their links click me we have lots of admins who stream to both PBBans and PsB with no probs what so ever. :)

when a cheater is busted on your server the sv_cheat log will appear, as you are streaming via the PBBans Hub the cheaters detected on other servers are added directly to your pbbans.dat .. both the sv_violations and sv_cheat logs are self generating but if it bothers you not seeing a cheat log you can always create a blank one and place it on your server :)

just took a peek at your server via hlsw and noticed: Anticheat Tool - none streaming always works best when PB is running on the server :P in fact its a neccessity lol Try enabling PB and check your servers streaming status here http://www.pbbans.com/msi.php

whatever you have done at your end .. there is no stream at all now from rep. or Hub :(

I think you deserve that streaming avatar for sheer persistence :) so that will stay untill fox has his regular clean up .. it will stay forever if you manage a regular stream :)

what kind of help are you looking for m8 ?If someone has your cd key at a guess I would say you gave it to him .. especially as he is/was a clan mate .. get a new cd key and move on would be my advice and dont share it with anyone :P
