Straight away I can see you have added a server to your team account that contains the rcon port and not the actual game/join port. Servers normally get deactivated if the wrong game type is selected .. it's an automatic process. Add the correct server address via account manager and we will see were we go from there. Always remember rcon port to set things up and the actual game port for adding to a team account. For future reference, if a server is added to your team account, streaming will kick in instantly if the streaming initiation commands are correct, if the server address is correct and if the right gametype is selected. **update** Looks like someone has sorted it already

From what I can see you do not have a team account at PBBans. Forum accounts and team accounts are 2 separate entities. http://www.pbbans.com/streaming-application.html

If your experiencing difficulty with the Automated Hub Setup tool there are other options you can try. An example of what you would send via console rcon for example, would be; pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use pb_sv_restart Wait for PB to restart (approximately 10-30 seconds) pb_sv_usessionlimit 10 pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.138 pbbhub1 pbbanshub pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.139 pbbhub1-2 pbbanshub pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.140 pbbhub1-3 pbbanshub pb_sv_task 0 3600 pb_sv_ver pb_sv_task 0 86400 pb_sv_update pb_sv_AutoUpdBan 1 pb_sv_writecfg

Does your server stream via PBBans ? Does your server stream via any anti cheat site ? Why are you just "tracking" suspicious players who always return black screenshots on a server that you pay for instead of applying a local ban  Those same players pbguids may be on a ban list already, have you checked ?
-
The screenshot feature predominantly works in BF3. http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-banned-pbss-list.html

Basically this post applies here as well; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/pb-kick-for-ignoring-queries-9006-t151373.html It's a common enough kick that is well documented on google, we don't know what you have already tried but best of luck :)

I was able to track down the guy listed on gametracker as the server manager and from there tracked down the clan website. I was able to inform the clan founder how admin abuse has a negative impact on his clan, and he has in turn promised to have a word with the admin involved :P The server was nowhere near full at the time so that rules out a kick for a VIP, if that had of been the case there is no way I would have made such a song and dance about it.

All the help we can give here is posted above. If you have tried all that the last recourse is to open a troubleticket with Even Balance and see if they can troubleshoot your issue for you.
-
Most common causes of this particular kick are either; A firewall issue. or Not logged in as admin of your own PC. Try running pbsetup.exe to make sure your PB is fully up to date. also Update PB services; http://www.pbbans.com/information.php?page=pbsvc If all that still = fail, open a troubleticket with Even Balance and explain your problem in detail. Try to include the result of this; Join a PB server, and drop the console with ~, then type pb_logtofile 1 and then pb_writecfg Wait until you get kicked. Now check your ..\pb folder for a file called pbcl.log If you have hidden your file extensions, please make sure you open pbcl.log and not pbcllog.cfg! or pbcl.db Paste the line from there into a new note. Please note: Users of Windows Vista and above will find that file under "C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\[game]\pb". To find that folder, enter "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\" to the navigation bar in your Windows Explorer, as some folders in this path might be hidden folders. Unless you activated the option to see hidden folders, you will need to enter the correct path directly into the navigation bar. In case the kick occurs too fast to type the commands, go to your PB folder and create a plain text file "pbcl.cfg" in it (use a text editor like "Notepad", make sure it has no additional '.txt' extension). Put the text "pb_logtofile 1" as a single line to it. Then save the file and join a PB enabled server. After getting kicked, you should have a file "pbcl.log" in the PB folder. Troubleticket link

Getting pretty sick of getting kicked by a server admin for being on a little streak that probably included him and feel the need to rant  The latest was this server; xXxAppelxXx´s 24/7 Rush Mode Metro [Addicted Gaming] [[ADG]] Server IP 46.228.202.41:25200 My score at the time was 16 kills 3 deaths (all gun/grenade kills and 1 knife) I hope the server admin comes across this on google or something, because kicking players for killing the opposing team is definitely not the way to generate interest from prospective new clan members, nor will it encourage a return visit from players at the receiving end. The admin that kicked me thoroughly deserves to be called a; Rant over.

BF3 server streaming trouble

Use this method to find your correct game/join port, which is the port that you use to add a server to your team account; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/bf3-server-ports-t149169.html When I checked it said your game/join port is 20367 Were did you get 25200 from ? Remember to use your rcon port for the setup phase of things and the actual game/join port when adding a server to your team account. ***update*** I added 216.246.49.2:20367 to your team account and the server started streaming immediately. I have left the wrong server address in your team account so you can see were you went wrong .. just delete it via account manager once you have taken a peek. -
BF3 server streaming trouble
fozzer replied to =TG=JayStyles420's topic in Streaming Questions and Troubleshooting
All none streaming issues are client side. The server address is ok, I am just not getting what you uploaded manually to your server  When using the automated Hub setup tool, ensure you use the rcon port when doing the setup phase. When you get the streaming initiation commands correct, streaming will kick in instantly because the correct server address (with game/join port) has already been added to your server. If you are still experiencing difficulty with the automated Hub setup tool, you can send these commands to your server via rcon; pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use pb_sv_restart Wait for PB to restart (approximately 10-30 seconds) pb_sv_usessionlimit 10 pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.138 pbbhub1 pbbanshub pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.139 pbbhub1-2 pbbanshub pb_sv_uconadd 1 208.122.49.140 pbbhub1-3 pbbanshub pb_sv_task 0 3600 pb_sv_ver pb_sv_task 0 86400 pb_sv_update pb_sv_AutoUpdBan 1 pb_sv_writecfg -
BF3 server streaming trouble
fozzer replied to =TG=JayStyles420's topic in Streaming Questions and Troubleshooting
Please do not hijack someone elses thread, it's ever so easy to get overlooked when staff are browsing for anyone in need of support. Please post up your team account id number and the full server address including port of the problem server. -
That seems to have done the trick; *************************************************************** Team: Leistung-Durch-Schmerz (=LDS=) Account ID: 6223 Streaming Status: Streaming (1 / 1) *************************************************************** --------------------------------------------------------------- Server List --------------------------------------------------------------- BF3 - 85.14.233.252:25200 (Streaming) --------------------------------------------------------------- User List --------------------------------------------------------------- online88 (131289)

Strange, it was definitely not showing when I searched earlier. Now it is, according to battlelog your actual game/join port is 25200 So the correct address for adding to a team account is 85.14.233.252:25200 Got no time to add it myself atm so give that a whirl and we will see were we go from there.

All none streaming issues are client side. I can not find your server on battlelog to check anything.

Fragnetics server wont stream
fozzer replied to Kimmen's topic in Streaming Questions and Troubleshooting
Just did a little digging, here are my findings; 1. 203.116.28.4:55918 contains the wrong port for adding to a team account. 2. 203.116.28.4:25303 is the correct address for adding to a team account. 3. 203.116.28.4:25303 is a fragnetics server that is already streaming via the fragnetics.com team account. The solution for you is to contact support at http://v2.fragnetics.com and ask them to remove 203.116.28.4:25303 from their team account and then add 203.116.28.4:25303 to your team acount. -

http://www.pbbans.com/forums/bf3-server-ports-t149168.html Try 203.116.28.4:25303 -
Why aim that at us  If you have conclusive proof of such a glitch contact EA/DICE and point it out. I have never come across anything remotely like this when in game.

Reactivation carlito93
fozzer replied to carlito93's topic in Streaming Questions and Troubleshooting
Activated. -
Just the same pattern that follows a "silent detection" period. Cheat users get logged but not kicked, when the log entries start to tail off or duplicate, a cheat violation is issued to every pbguid that was logged. I get a "game disconnected" message and put straight back into battlelog every so often .. no reason given other than that.

General questions regarding process
fozzer replied to boomadmin's topic in Streaming Questions and Troubleshooting
Easy option for you is to create a news item on your existing site. We would be looking for the server address (preferably a gametracker link but not essential) A statement of intent that your server will be streaming via PBBans. A staff list or server admin list, that contains the applicants alias. Re-apply using that criteria and post a direct link to your news item in the comments box of the application form. Job done :)
