Our rules are quite simple here re forum accounts. 1 forum account per user. The furious.cro forum account has been deactivated because he already has an active forum account as well as another forum account that was also deactivated. Guys ... if your going to deliberately flout our forum rules it will mean that you will lose this avenue of discussion and any assistance we can give. From what I can gather the EB staff member responsible for dealing with troubleticket appeals claiming that there has been an error, only checks that the appellants pbguid triggered a particular detection pattern thus raising a cheat violation by checking logs on their side of things. If the logs show multiple triggers over the "silent logging" phase then PB software has done its job and the standard copy/paste job reply you see applies to all. It is another EB staff member who will take the lead in any investigation and collate all the information provided on the troubleticket to try and find a common denominator that may be a factor in declaring a false positive. The last thing EB want to see is innocent players getting globally banned so they are normally pretty quick if there is any room for doubt, but you guys being the exception to the norm are not going to provide enough for any comparisons etc if the majority of the troubletickets that pertain to a particular cheat violation just contain rants and threats.

The problem that I see day after day on ban appeals that have used the PBBans appeals system is players ranting / threatening legal action / whining etc etc is that they actually bring nothing at all to the table to assist Even Balance staff to pinpoint any possible issue. Globalguid bans are issued and maintained exclusively by Even Balance. no amount of posting on here is going to help anyone. PBBans is not Even Balance. PBBans is not affiliated to Even Balance. Instead of posting how rubbish PB is on here why not help yourselves and update your Even Balance troubleticket with a list of processes that you always have running in the background when your gaming. Fail ... I am sure you meant to post Lock. With the total lack of meaningful input ... even from the topic starter and recipient of a globalguid ban, there is not much point in leaving this topic open. If all you have given Even Balance is stats from third party anti cheat sites, and flawed stats to boot, then I can confidently predict that you have no chance of having your globalguid ban lifted. Only a small portion of servers actually stream their logs via a third party streaming service.

Just to make things clear. PBBans is a privately run, third party anti cheat streaming service with no affiliation to Even Balance or PunkBuster™ software. Even Balance have banned your pbguid from every BF3 PB enabled server. Even Balance staff do not have access to this forum section so anything you post here will not help resolve your issue in any way. All we can offer is advice and that has already been posted up. You are convinced Even Balance has made a mistake. Even Balance are convinced that there is no mistake. The only way to resolve your issue is via a troubleticket and open some sort of dialogue with Even Balance staff (preferably with some kind of proof that a mistake has occurred)

I do not see anything productive or informative coming from leaving this topic open for much longer, so do not be surprised to find it locked in the near future. Even Balance employ numerous detection patterns to detect online cheating. Unfortunately, with the amount of free software available for download these days (anti virus / overlays etc etc) a small amount of those detection patterns are later proven to be "false positives". Even more unfortunate is that the small amount draw publicity and the vast majority of successful detection patterns are just taken for granted. As it stands right now #81570 is a valid cheat violation that is also accompanied by a global ban issued by Even Balance themselves.

As stated previously ; Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance. So using the PBBans guid check tool will reveal nothing. However using a globalguid check tool reveals; Third party anti cheat sites such as PBBans have no input nor control what so ever re global GUID bans. A troubleticket with Even Balance is the only thing that can help you. Make sure to add any information to it that you think will help your cause (don't forget your GUID). Also make sure that you have told Even Balance that your ban is a global GUID ban. PBBans is a third party, privately run, anti cheat site and is not affiliated in any shape or form to Even Balance.

Actually you don't appear on the PBBans ban list because you have not tried to join a PBBans protected server since Even Balance slapped a global guid ban on your pbguid. Only EB can assist you because Global GUID bans are issued and maintained, exclusively by Even Balance. EB staff do not even have access to this forum section so no amount of posting on here is going to make one iota of difference re your issue. Your global ban has absolutely nothing to do with PBBans (a privately run, third party, anti cheat streaming service) in any shape or form.

The default "punishment" when a player raises a cheat violation via PB software is a 2 minute kick. :o so unless you are streaming via another anti cheat site you can not have read that the player received a ban. It's the proactive admin or 3rd party anti cheat service that apply the actual ban. You do not stream your server via PBBans ... you do not even have a team account. So if a player raises a cheat violation on your server, 2 minutes later he can rejoin it with no problem. The server is not configured properly for PBBans Hub streaming. Also please be aware that when you add a server to a team account via account manager the server then enters a queue ... the final addition is always done by a staff member in case of any obvious issues, so once added there will be a short delay between adding and streaming.

That is old information you have posted ... the guy is not banned by anyone and I have removed your image containing his full pbguid. Go back to Even Balance. pbguid 1134468143cea870e4901beb40947176 has been globally banned by Even Balance; ggc will / should tell you the same thing if you use / used their appeals system. The only reason you are not on the PBBans ban list is because you have not played on a PBBans protected server. PsB have ceased to exist for a couple of years now, this is PBBans forums :P You last streamed a server here May 01, 2011 so if the demo you are talking about does not come from a streamed source it's a waste of time reviewing it because there will be no streamed logs to verify authenticity of the demo.
