All none streaming issues are client side.
Over 500 BFBC2 servers are actively streaming via PBBans, no reported problems at the moment.
Make sure there is a blank file pbucon.use in your PB root directory.
If you can not figure out the problem yourself, ask your host to take a look for you.

All I have done is lock the team account down and removed you from it.
If, at some time in the future, someone else wants to apply for streaming and wants to use the tags / website etc., a staff member can re-activate this team account and change details such as e-mail contact address.
All they have to do is post up on the forums and pending the normal validity checks can take over.
This will save a team account, lying there, gathering dust :P

Who should I contact about deleting my "team"? I have left the squad I was in and would like to remove myself from any kind of connection to them. I was the only member of my team, if a person who could do this would PM me or let me know where or who to message/post that would be great.

Yet it was listed in PBBans under 208.167.250.14
Hopefully this can be fixed so it can show it's streaming :)
The IP address of the server is exactly what was posted in your team account application;

If you have made a typo, completely delete the server from your team account and add the server with the correct address.
I do not have a clue were you got 208.167.250.241:19567 or 208.167.250.14 from :unsure:

A friend of mine wanted to add me as SGA. But when he tried it wasnt possible saying that user already exist. Could this happen because i was a sga here and had servers listed?
You can only be associated with one team account Bro.
I have locked your old team account down and removed you from it, the path is now clear for you to join another streaming clan/group.

We just got a new Battlefield Bad Company 2 server and would like to start streaming, I added the server to my account, and uploaded the files necessary, do I need to do anything more to "reactivate" my account or anything?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, I looked about and didnt see any other place that looked right.
A lot of our systems are automated Bro, your team account users had already been upgraded when I checked :)

Sharing team account login info with people who have no right of access.
Deliberate attempts to circumvent team account suspension by applying with different clan names etc.
Harbouring cheaters within the clan ranks.

One of the mainstays between PBBans and admins that use our servers is trust.
This clan has completely lost any kind of trust that existed at the start of streaming via PBBans.
I totally endorse Surfy's decision to permanently suspend team account #8438 and hereby invite you to find another anti cheat site to stream to.
I am also requesting that you stop spamming our forums with team account applications and forum accounts from clan members.
Its not worth leaving this topic open for any kind of discussion because the suspension is permanent and irrevocable.
Any attempt at opening another topic on this issue could lead to a full forum ban.

What should be concerning you more than anything else, is, how did a player from Sweden get hold of your game cd key :unsure:
Every game that is issued has its own unique cd key, the only anomaly in all PB supported games, is sof2.
The pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash of the game cd key.
It is the pbguid that is used to apply bans.
There is absolutely no doubt that pbguid c8ce78176f0d8ce60b5330c01ffc7678 raised a bannable violation on a PBBans streamed server.
There is absolutely no doubt that a player from Sweden (87.96.219.160) raised the violation on September 27, 2008 2:20 pm.
There is absolutely no doubt that the same game cd key has been used by players from the USA and Sweden;
So, if you did not willingly pass your game cd key to an online "friend" for example, I would suggest running a complete malware scan of your pc, make sure it is completely secure, and buy and install a new game.
That way, you will have a game cd key (and pbguid) that is unique to you.
The alternative is to play on servers that do not stream to PBBans or use the PBBans banlist.

I find the best method for troublesome servers is the good old rcon method to initiate streaming.
This is done via rcon or a remote admin tool, i.e. HLSW
Send these command lines, one line at a time to the server, using rcon or a remote admin tool (ignore duplicate responses off the server and press on)

If configured correctly, once the server is added to your team account, streaming kicks in instantly.
If that does not happen, then its time to look for reasons why :)
Like I said, all none streaming issues are client side :P

i added a new server to my account that is approved for streaming status and it says "Never" for the streaming status of my new server..
I am wondering why, I noticed that the PB wasn't updated when I first went to stream but now everything is ready to go and I don't see why I cannot stream it.

First of all, it has not been denied, it has been added to your team account but is not streaming.
All none streaming issues are client side.
As far as I can tell 216.52.148.153:28960 is either not configured correctly for PBBans Hub streaming or you have a corrupt PB install.
At this exact moment in time the server 216.52.148.153:28960 is completely timed out, have you added the correct IP/port of the additional server ?

hi iv add a new server for streaming 85.236.101.108:28960 it streaming but it last was a hour ago server running ace mod on it

It goes without saying that if servers are streaming via PBBans, they will be contributing the usual streamed data to the MPI :)
EA Online primer:
* a user has a master account
* online access to BFBC2 PC is tied to the master account
* a user can create one or more personas (aka "soldier names")
* personas must be unique
-> player A can not impersonate player B, due to the persona creation process
-> player A can however easily create more personas
-> banning on persona is ineffective
-> banning on IP is quite effective
-> banning on master account is very effective

Now, please try and understand, we do not apply bans to players here, we do apply bans to pbguid's that have raised a bannable violation.
PBBans is not affiliated with clanbase in any way, and their banning policies are nothing to do with us.
Posting about this issue on these forums will resolve absolutely nothing.

Last time I checked clanbase streaming partner was game violations, and as such, all queries re their suspension policies should be directed at either clanbase or game violations or both.

I used be an admin for my old clan TSO the sly ones. My Account was 2967. I have left this clan and i am now in another clan. we play bf2/aix and BFBC2. could my account be restarted or do i have to apply again.

I have removed you from the team account # 2967.
That team account will remain suspended as long as a cheater is harboured within it.
If your confident your new clan fully complies with our streaming requirements then a new application will be required.

Well I never expected PBBans to be referenced to in the official Battlefield blog but it's nice of DICE to do so.
I've been working with DICE to help with PB features that sites like ours use. While there is still work to be done in regards to PB integration, PBBans will be offering streaming support for BC2. I never got the server files but DICE was very helpful and gave me what I needed.
So far streaming works for both UCON and Repository methods. From the suggestions I have made for the server side, PB control using BC2 admin tools will be better than in BF2. You won't need to use a UCON client to see PB messages from the server but they also get sent to any admin tool made for BC2.
Before anyone asks if this is real ban .. no it's not, it was part of a message test.
And yes I've asked for a smaller global chat text option. I don't think players want to see big ass ban messages blocking their screens :)

Kudos to the DICE personnel that took the time and trouble to educate themselves on the importance of 3rd party anti cheat solutions, and how much regard server admins have for 3rd party assistance in keeping their servers cheat free.
Also kudos to MaydaX for representing PBBans in such a professional manner.
It would have been so easy to just test out PBBans tools and services and leave it at that, now we know for sure that UCON and repository streaming is a viable option re BFBC2.
A good advert as to what sensible discussion, listening and compromise can achieve. :)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll not post then, except to say, have your host check for the physical presence of a blank file pbucon.use in the root PB directory.
I have just added another 5 BFBC2 servers to the Hub, 2 of which were myis based, and all were streaming immediately once added.
