It never ceases to amaze me, the lengths some people will go to making themselves look ridiculous.
From the well thought out forum topic, to the leet content of the initial post, all contribute to what the casual reader of our forums will assume re character / integrity / intelligence quotient etc etc of the initial poster.
From the moment he pressed the "post this topic" button he gave everyone an insight into what levels of the above traits he has reached.
God knows what he will post when he reaches the "terrible teens" phase of his life :P

To all those that have supported me and the AA Repo Depot, I sincerely thank you. I unfortunately have had to make the decision to shut down the Repo Depot due to health "cancer" issues once again. I wish to use the time I have more wisely and spend it with my online gaming clan friends and RL family.

The only person responsible for securing your pc is you, nobody else, and given the information I am about to list below, I would suggest that you run a complete malware scan on your pc because the cd key you use is "out in the wild".

The pbguid is a unique 32 digit hexadecimal hash (digital fingerprint) of the game cd key.
What is undisputable is that a player with a pbguid of e1561b6190f7d5ebdb5c9dd3c3df674d
was caught cheating on a PBBans streaming server.
The players IP points to the U.S.A.
The same cd key has been used by players based in the U.S.A. / Germany / Netherlands / France.
We know that your not the player who raised the ban (we have a policy of moving players with a cheating history to a special forum section)
The options available to you (after you have secured your pc) are;
1. Play on servers that do not use the PBBans banlist.
2. Buy a new game cd and move on.
There is no way we are going to remove a perfectly valid ban from our systems.
No one is saying you cant play cod4 mp ever again, what we are saying is that you will not be able to play on a server that uses the PBBans banlist with the banned pbguid.
Not every server streams to PBBans or uses our banlist, but a lot do.
The choice is yours what you do next.

I bought cod 4 from ebay and i think to been cheated.
The game guid 6fd73e7df1c1b0d6ac8daff26923a5f1 is banned.
I saw that there is the appeal zone, but it don't allow me to do the appeal because it say it was already appealed, but i never did any kind of appeal!
The seller don't give me back my money because they say old games don't have warranty.
Please can you unban my game?

Any bannable violation that is raised directly by PB software is placed on the MBI (master ban index) automatically by our systems.
The alias / IP is incremental information and bears no relation what so ever to the issued ban.
The only thing that concerns us is the pbguid of the player that raised the violation.
The pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash of the game cd key (digital fingerprint)
The facts we have at our disposal is that a player with a pbguid of 6fd73e7df1c1b0d6ac8daff26923a5f1 joined a PBBans streaming server and was detected directly by PB software for running a multihack.
The player appealed the ban and admitted to running a rank hack
EvenBalance have ruled that the multihack violation was not raised in error.
The incremental info that accompanies this pbguid, is that the cd key has never been used anywhere else other than Italy, and thats were your from :)
The options open to you at this time are;
1. buy a game cd from a genuine retail outlet and move on.
2. play on servers that do not use the PBBans banlist.

If your confident that you now meet the streaming requirements, I have cleared the path for you to make another application.
I know it seems like we are just being a pain in the butt with all these requirements etc, but every one was introduced to combat security issues etc and to protect the admins that use our services and the players that play on PBBans streamed servers, borne out of past experience.
Its a hard "club" to gain entry to, we make it deliberately so :) but the advantages are pretty apparent once you gain full access.

When you check your pbguid, you need to do so on a PB enabled server and not a LAN server of your own making.

The player from Denmark was the one that raised the bannable violation.
The player from Denmark was the first player to use that cd key when connected to a PBBans server (Apr 16, 2008 at 9:57 am)
If you bought the game from a retail outlet you can try for a refund.
If you downloaded the game, buy your own version.
A complete scan of your system for malaware would be advisable.

Seeing as this issue is prevalent for you on all servers points to a crap isp.
I will assume you have DSL ATT based on a quick IP check.
The "speediest" package that ATT offer is rubbish for $35
Downstream Speed: Up to 6.0 Mbps Upstream Speed: Up to 768 Kbps
Key words = up to.
That means it can be a lot less :P

The ban appeal is ongoing.
We are just waiting for EvenBalance to verify wether the violation is valid or a false positive.
EvenBalance always have the last word on bannable violations raised by their own software.
If they rule that the violation was not raised in error the ban will remain on the MBi.
If they say the violation was raised in error, we will lift the ban immediately.
Its that simple.

You have a forum member account Bro.
If it was you that raised the bannable violation you would not have a full forum member account, but a severely restricted forum account.
The game cd key was first used on a PBBans streaming server by a player from the USA on Aug 08, 2008 and it was this player that raised the bannable violation.
Were did you buy your game cd from ?

As long as your prepared to sit on your hands and put up with a rubbish ISP, the problems you are getting re lag will persist
