It's standard procedure to close an application post when an anomilie in one shape or form is found in the application.
It stops pointless arguing to and fro about what you think is correct, and what we know is correct.
We know for a fact that a member of your clan, who is still on your roster, raised a bannable violation directly attributable to PB software.
We do not know for a fact that this violation was raised because your guy used a rank hack
because evenbalance never reveal what cheat triggers a violation.
Thats why the final say is always left to evenbalance.
Our policy is;
Any bannable violation that is raised directly by PB software, as per this list;
#50000s - Aimbot #60000s - Wallhack #70000s - Multihack #80000s - Gamehack #90000s - 'Cheat' Video Drivers #100000s - Speedhack #110000s - Autofire #120000s - Game Hook #130000s - Attempted PunkBuster Hack
is added automatically to the PBBans MBI.
If a player thinks that the violation was raised in error the only course of action left open to the player is to raise a troubleticket with EvenBalance and explain why they think this is a "false positive".
EvenBalance have already stated that the violation was not raised in error, so in line with our zero tolerance policy we have given you the choice, either completely remove the cheater (because thats what he is) and fall in line with the thousands of other admins that use our services, or try your luck streaming elsewhere.

Errr, because the ET auth server was down, its now back up (evenbalance issue)

Streaming via pbbans services is not going to happen and thats an end to it.

Hello how do you report a cheater for this game?
You report any cheating activity to the server admin were said activity was taking place.
Make sure you have evidence to prove the accusation by making a demo of the cheat activity.

At the moment any random keygen user can join your servers with no problem what so ever because you have not set a task to set it to 0.
COD4 forces the pb_sv_guidrelax setting to 7 on each map_rotate or server restart,the only way to 'fix' it, is with a PB task that constantly reassigns it to 0.

pb_sv_GUIDRelax 0 is the default guidrelax setting.
Its also worthwhile putting this into your pbsv.cfg
pb_sv_NoGuidGrace 10 [0-300](default=1) Holds the number of seconds PB will wait before kicking players who join without having a PB GUID.
Refusing to enter a CDKey into the game causes the "no guid" condition.

He left about a year ago and its only been recently that we have gotten new cod4 servers, i don't think there is anyway to get him to come in here, is there a way to delete the team account and have me remake it?

You went in our website and forum and you didnt fund nothing wrong but because one were looking the forum post on pbbans you decided denied application correct?
So clan is clear,members in the clan too but one that is not a member and dont play more look in forum and this done the denied of application?

As you state there are others to stream to, best of luck with that.
I did find the excuse that your ex clan leader just happened to be viewing your re-activation post, using a bogus forum account, at exactly the same time as you posted it hard to believe, but then I find cheaters on the roster and the small amount of trust that remained is gone.
Now, if you find that insulting, tough, I dont like being given the runaround by anyone when my time on here could be used helping teams that are willing to abide by our TOS etc.

The re-activation topic is closed and if you feel my pm was insulting, I will leave this thread open so you can post it up for everyone to see.
I have a copy in my sent items folder but I feel you should be the one who posts it up and points out just how I insulted you.

I find it hard to believe that your supposedly ex clan leader just happened to be viewing this topic at exactly the same time that you posted it.
Albeit he used a duplicate forum account which I just banned.
I have flagged your team account never to be activated and locked it.
Reason;
breech of trust and harbouring cheaters within the clan ranks.
Now please stop spamming our forums and apply for streaming elsewhere.

So easy to get overlooked when you post in the wrong forum section.
Can you post up a direct link to your current clan roster, because I dont see one, and an accounts member of staff will take a look.
Re the topic, the right account was denied as all duplicate account attempts are, as a matter of course.
Make sure all cheaters are purged from your clan before you post up.

If you decide to buy a new game, run a complete malaware scan of your computer.
The concern should be how it got "out in the wild" in the first place.
This is normally a result of a player running some sort of instant lvl55 or tweak programme for the game, a lot of them contain a back door trojan that instantly sends the game cd key to another location.
The last thing you want is a new cd key joining the old one leaked onto the internet.

Clan names / clan tags are issued on a first come first served basis and are used purely for administration purposes at our end.
A strategigally placed dot on the tag or something similar works wonders, and as for the clan name you can have a variety of ways of spelling it out;
The Clan Name
the clan name
TheClanName
theclanname
etc etc

Your team account needs updating to comply with the rules we have in place, and a streaming server needs to be added to the team account.

Neither I nor the admins of my clan wish for my server to have any relation to the clan.
I am trying my best to meet these requirements, but certain ones (such as having a clan roster) make no sense for my PERSONAL server.
Then stream elsewhere Bro, there are other options out there.

Once you enter your pbguid, log into the forums / minimise and join your server for a few minutes.
Do not forget that a 30 day period of time will elapse before you will see full IP's etc on the MPI.
