None streaming issues are always client side issues.
First thing to do is make sure PB is fully updated and re-enter the streaming commands;

Make sure there is a blank file in your PB root directory ( pbucon.use )
If that does not work, see what the server response is to some basic PB commands that always elicit a server response;
i.e.admin pb_sv_ver or admin pb_sv_plist or admin pb_sv_homepath
If there is no server response to these basic PB commands it would suggest that your server PB install is corrupt, ask your Game Server Provider for a complete and fully updated re-install of PB on to your server.

Wow sound like you are being a little sarcastic with me or maybe im reading it wrong. Ill just add him to my list.
I suppose if i had been streaming at the time he wouldnt have came in my server but it seems to be causing problems at the moment thats why it was off.
Running a server with PB disabled, I can guarantee you will have a lot more than 1 cheater to worry about.

When a server has been added to an account, it enters a queue.
Its normally added to the team account within an hour or so, but could take longer, dependent on what staff are active at the time (believe it or not, we do sleep sometimes :P)
Once added our automated systems kick in and the relevant upgrades to forum status / access levels are applied.
So a little patience is required after you have successfully added a server to your account or, have just got it to stream after an addition was successful.

You should be aware that crytek have not fully intergrated PB into any of their products.
Despite repeated assurances that they will apply a fix, thus far they have not, in fact they just dropped crysis support without so much as a by your leave to the community it proffessed to suppot / listen to.
If they were forum members here, they would have been set to restricted because they are untrustworthy :P
As a consequence PBUCON does not work properly and crysis/crysis wars servers will only stream when players are active on the server.
This means that the largest streaming server anti cheat site in the world can not maintain streaming. (and they wonder why their games are bombing) :)

Oke , sorry for asking but what is a team roster ? and we have a forum for members only but if you are not a member you can't see it on the forum.

We had a streaming account and changed to the above ip. We entered the rcon commands (twice) but it's not streaming. It's a brand new server so does it take a few days for it to start streaming? Would you check it for us?

PunkBuster is not enabled on this server.
Get your Game Server Provider to install and fully update PB on your server.
Then try the rcon commands again :)

Happens all the time, the important part is how you deal with it. :)
It's especially difficuilt if the player is a senior member and a friend.
Zero tolerance for anything cheat related and players know exactly were they stand right from the off.

If you have a problem uploading cheats to PBBans, always use the forum PM feature to inform a staff member and not a public forum section.

Their normal response is a thank you, and thats it.
You will not see it being detected overnight for a variety of reasons, the main one being that evenbalance like to log new detections silently and when the numbers getting detected start to tail off, they will issue a cheat violation to every pbguid that was logged using the cheat during the "silent period".
This ensures that maximum damage is inflicted on the cheat community.

i know about cracked streamed server, but i was talking about non streamed servers.
or do PBbans only ban streamed servers?

We periodically check servers that stream to us for cracked binaries, when found the servers are blacklisted and the team account master has to contact us and request a removal.
If the same server is found a second time to be cracked, it is added to the blacklist and the team account suspended for 4 weeks.
If the same server is found a third time the server is added to the blacklist and the team account suspended permanently.
PBBans is not responsible for servers that do not stream to PBBans :) but we do like to keep our own house in order.

If the guy who is so upset over getting banned from PBBans streaming servers wants to protest, he can do so by posting in the usual manner on the forums.

The only part you need to understand is this;
PBBans.com nor any other anti-cheat community have any control over global bans or global hardware bans. They are issued directly from EvenBalance and according to what was said in their announcement....WILL NOT BE LIFTED!If, however, you feel that you were banned in error, please submit a support ticket to EvenBalance

It does not matter who host's the servers, they can be added to the same team account.
The rule is one team account per applicant.

Forum accounts and team accounts are different animals, I see a different e-mail on each one.
You have the power to elicit change Bro, use it :)
