For an extra $25 per year, fans of Electronic Arts sports titles will be able to download video games three days before they hit stores, a move that should boost EA's digital sales.

Umm...can't you download digital copies a certain amount of time before release day anyway...you're just unable to play it (if I recall correctly) ??

So paying $25 for nothing extra then....

sad that they now care more about the stockholders then the actual people that buy the games. What's next, another raise on game prices???

....you just had to say it....

If only... Aussies already pay around the $89.00 mark for new releases even though we have dollar parity with the US.

People paid for Spectat for Bc2, so why wouldn't EA come up w/ something else for the lemmings to spend their money on? :)

Yeah, someone mentioned something about that this morning when we were populating.

Treyarch gives each server renter one free token, so have not had to pay for them. We still run a mix of the initial map list, as to keep a full server. Will eventually have to check out the new zombie map though :)

Sorry for getting off topic

Simple, bought / preordered RO2 for $39.95 and the FREE mods will be available. EA, well, no thanks. Same as BLOPS, not for me but I expect people will keep on sending the message its ok.
