But i appeal by this forum post. My AA guid is 0acda9054a4adc14407c03bed61a1456. Now I banned from every AASA enabled server. But i can join server not AASA enabled server. I appealed about 10times in AASA appeal link, but always answer is same like in "...". "Your ban appeal has been processed by the AASA appeals team. We are sorry to inform you that your appeal has been denied. The following item was detected by Evenbalance as a known cheat: [2006.12.28 09:22:01] VIOLATION (RES): ROKMC[Captain.K] RES Unknown Windows API Function [131125] [0acda9054a4adc14407c03bed61a1456(-) 59.24.233.193]" See this link and cheater group. http://pbbans.fbi-clan.org/index.php?type=...07c03bed61a1456 I banned from just AASA, not ACI or AON. Because i am not cheater or hacker. I don't use any hack or cheat, i don't know that how to use and is what kind of that too. I think Windows API Function [131125] is just Windows O/S problem. Probably, AAO works on Windows Service pack 2 only, so doesn't work on service pack 1. The past, i used service pack 1. And after 2.8 version released, i didn't upgrade Window version. I think maybe this problem occur from that. But now i upgraded Windows version, i can join server not AASA enabled server. Now i think i have no problem and clean. Please, tell me how can solve this problem. How can i remove my ID from AASA ban-list. May I ask You a favor? Then, i think thank you a lot. They always auto denied sending e-mail answer. How can i give them the info? The way is e-mail or by forum post or appeal link still or etc? teach me the way how to give them. Benway Posted February 2, 2007 Share Posted February 2, 2007 yes, take in consideration evenbalance receives quite a number of trouble tickets, and they will take some time to give you a response that is based on a thorough research. 48 hours response time is the minimum i would expect. I see you have submitted a ticked to EvenBalance. That is a good start. Unfortunately, we don't have the answers as to why AASA banned you and won't lift the ban. Oops, my problem is still.I can't join AASA enabled server. Hm... not yet. Probably i am sure evenbalance not respond my ticket. I hope think so. What is this problem's origin resolution...? fozzer Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 Please contact AASA regarding this ban and specifically state that restriction kicks are not cheats. I agree that the unknown Window API function is not a definite cheat (more often caused by malware, drivers, updates etc.). It may however be that a (small) part of restriction kicks may be caused by cheats, but this is no guarantee. My advice to AASA is simple: stop banning for all restriction kicks and also remove prior restriction violations fro the AASA banlist. Please limit the banlist to cheat violations only. d3r0 Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 hey there, i have a strange issue with PB..i played on a server saturday night..joined the same server sunday midday and was surprised to read the following message: "you may not attempt to rejoin this server for another 34817 minutes " i contacted the server admin and he says that he cannot see any issue with me or a ban notice..i have sent a ticket to PB, but no reply..im 100% im not banned by my server admin, because the server is my clans..i have no problem entering any other server..just my own..same day i had this problem, another gamer ( not clan related) posted in our forums with the same issue..my self and our server admin are at a lost, any suggestions would be appriciated..as i said i have contacted PB but they are in no rush. thanks again .d3r0.
