I've noticed this also and think it has to do with the game. Many times I've fired at a opponent and lose yet the killcam would show I didn't even fire. There are many factors involved however, if it's game related the fix will need to come from the developer.

Didn't look that deep. He had to head out early and only had time to get the messages running.

Recommend jumping on the PBBans IRC if assistance is needed. There is usually someone there that can help out. Just have patience if no one responds immdiately. And of course review the link posted by fozzer. :)

I belive the issue regarding automated messages is now resolved. Jumped on Xfire to help out and Suicidal345 reported after making the adjustment the messages were scrolling. Configuation of the AON Admin panel is the next step. :)

According to what you listed you are calling the pb_sv_taskempty after adding your tasks. Put the tasks after the pb_sv_taskempty. Review your pbsvuser.cfg and pbsvlog.cfg file. Make sure neither file has pb_sv_taskempty command in it. The empty command should only be called just before you create your task list. This will prevent duplicates but can cause problems if called after you create your task list.

Recommend using the pb_sv_tlist command. If the tasks you have configured are not listed you may have something else clearing your task list.

I enjoyed playing the single player side of the game. Multiplayer however, I didn't really play much since the game didn't release with Punkbuster. My major gripe was the game didn't support my gamepad. So far it's the only game I've played that didn't support it. I'll have to try again since the latest patch was suppose to include more support for game controllers (I think).

You are correct about the color on names not showing chat or the player list. The console lets you add color but it is only displayed in mulitplayer options and the pb_plist from what I've seen. Sorry for misleading a bit. I didn't take the time to test out the naming with color before posting. That's why =GG= RocknRoll stops by to keep me straight! :)

Here is a list of codes to get colors in COD4. ^1 - RED ^2 - GREEN ^3 - YELLOW ^4 - BLUE ^5 - CYAN ^6 - PINK ^7 - WHITE ^8 - DEFAULT MAP COLOR ^9 - GREY OR DEFAULT MAP COLOR ^0 - BLACK Example: game-over = ^1game^4-^3over I believe that is how people add color to their name in COD4.

If you are referring to welcome messages you can set up a welcome message sent by the HUB. For each server you have streaming you can set a Join Greeting. In your server management click (Modify) and configure the Join Greeting. Example: Welcome $CURRENT_NICK to our COD4 Server Also have the Allow Hub Greetings option checked. I've been able to consistantly reach the site. Where are you having trouble from? Is your ISP host having DNS issues? Not sure what OS you have but if Windows XP you can try to use the tracert command in a CMD window. Open a CMD window, type: tracert www.sbclan.co.uk This will trace the path to reach your site and if there are any dropped packets.

These greetings are configured in the Greetings Manager. I have the following message that is associated with my GUID. ^1Hello ^2$CURRENT_NICK ^1! ! This server streams to PBBANS. This helps let me know when I'm in a server streaming to PBBans. If the server flag 'Allow Hub Greetings' is not checked, then I would not get the message.

It seems TWL is streaming to PSB, PBBans, and AON in their config. This info is located in the pbsvlog.cfg file.
