well without ftp access its hard to add configuration files, and as far as accessing the screenshots themselves they should have the answer.

Plain and simple if they think your using the mousewheel have them do PB_SV_BindSrch +attack and they can even put it on a task to scan everyone. pb_sv_task 10 180 PB_SV_BindSrch +attack that should check every 3 minutes (10 seconds in after punkbuster restarts for example) -Dan

problem with gametracker is that A. you have to add the server yourself to their list or B. you have to rent a server with gameservers to be added to the list (not sure if any other gsp have it automated but I dont think so) back on topic: I moved your server back to new, ill let one of the higher ups look at it to make sure theres nothing wrong. in the future change the port at least because it screws up our information on our server. make sure they update their emails to non free emails EX: college, clan ( like [email protected]), government, IPS or work (something you have to pay for) NOT hotmail, gmail, yahoo, aim, aol, ect..

You will never get banned for using the mousewheel to fire. Check your controls / combat and see if you have it set... Also they should have logs of this and if they dont they should lift you ban (but again its their site and their servers so they can do what they want). again you will never be placed on a ban list at an anti cheat site because of the mousewheel to fire.

ok first off can you give us a link to your ban. Next open a ticket with evenbalance again, include the same information (what we asked you to put on your ticket the first them) and PM a staff member with the ticket URL.

before you do that open a ticket with evenbalance, they will help explain what you need to do to fix this.
