I am not justifying myself to you any further. PsB gave you exactly the same answer as far as I am aware - so I guess you are pretty stuck for options now, hence the fact that you are still arguing this. Actions have consequences. As a result of your actions, you are now encountering the consequences. The consequence is you not streaming here. Your posting rights will not be removed. There is no reason for anyone to remove them, as this conversation is still being conducted in a mature manner.

After discussion with other staff, my original decision to deny your group streaming has been upheld. Please try streaming elsewhere.

One of the people attached to your team account posted MPI data to the public. He also completely misinterpreted it and tried to use it to accuse another streaming clan of hacking on a public forum.

TWL do not require us to do anything. They use our tools that we provide for them. You are expected to meet our criteria for streaming and obtain a team account - which you did not, and thanks to the actions of other clan members, still do not. Streaming is a privilege, not a right - which a lot of people are all too quick to forget. We are under no obligations to provide streaming to any particular group or person. Other streaming organisations include AON, GGC, GV etc. I do not know which ones TWL accept, I am not familiar with their rules and operating procedures.

I have reviewed your case and decided that NoBs as a clan may not stream to this organisation now, or at any point in the future. When the original decision was made to deny NoBs streaming, it was met with much anger from members of your organisation. This resulted in numerous threads on these forums, one of which was created just to insult the staff who work here. You may have sold your cracked servers on, but I do not see any reason to believe that NoBs has changed their attitudes towards us or cracked servers. When the original issue came to light, forum posts were found on your site trumpeting how NoBs had found a way to avoid the errors and resulting (deliberate) lag that comes from playing on a cracked server. As a result of all this, I have made the decision that you may not under any circumstances stream to this organisation. There are several streaming organisations out there, so please feel free to look elsewhere. Best of luck in your future endeavours.

There will always be someone out there trying to ruin games. They all get caught and banned eventually though!

Without going into too much detail, we do have our ways.

Clans that have a hacker within their ranks are not permitted to use our services. Those are the rules and for good reason. If you wish to have your servers streaming here - you will need to remove the banned clan member, completely and permanently. If you choose to take this course of action please also be aware that all streaming clans are subject to continual checks - so any attempt to "hide" a banned member will be discovered.

+1 on that. If you have a DVD drive that refuses to read certain disks, I would replace it. I had a similar issue with a DVD drive that refused to read my COD4 disk as well as several DVD movies. In the end the troubleshooting time costs just were not worth it and I picked up a new drive for a few quid. EA doesn't give a rats if you are able to play or not - they just care that another

The member responsible will be spoken to and reminded of the standards of behaviour expected from him. Don't worry about it.
