Hi Torinatus, A global ban unless appealed successfully should never go away. There may have been disconnections from Punkbuster for a short time allowing players who picked up a ban to play again temporarily. Every account has a GUID (Global Unique Identifier) and it doesn't matter which computer you play on as the GUID will be the same for that account. The ban is tied to that specific GUID.

You can only speak for yourself. However, you are not on our MBI (Master Ban Index) so we cannot do anything to help you. By the look of the ban message you received, you need to take it up with Anticheat Inc as they have banned you across all their streaming servers due to a GGC ban. You may still be able to play BF3 on servers that do not stream to anticheat inc. Evenbalances troubleticket support stopped a long time ago so you will not get any joy with them. You have an Evenbalance global ban on BF4 (not on BF3) so the likelyhood of getting your account back for BF4 is practically 0. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm not going to sugarcoat it for you. This way you know the reality of your situation. Good luck with getting your BF3 account unbanned from ACI streaming servers.

We are currently forwarding the open appeals to Evenbalance for them to check. There has been an accumulation of appeals since Evenbalance ceased its trouble-ticket support for unknown reasons a considerable time ago. If you have a ban appeal We can only forward the appeal once, and if Evenbalance reports a valid ban, there is nothing further we can do to help. Your appeal will be denied, and it's up to you where you go from there. At this time, there is no front end support from Evenbalance due to the aforementioned ceasing of Evenbalance answering trouble-tickets. Please note: Global bans are issued and maintained by Evenbalance themselves. We have no control over global bans. Some of you may also have global bans attached to the violation. If you have a Punkbuster ban and are considering appealing We will still need you to open an Evenbalance trouble-ticket even though it won't get answered. This is because the ban appeal system still requires you to submit one. All you have to do is paste the ban information in the ticket so we can corroborate the appeal with the violation and GUID. Completion of existing ban appeals This is likely to be finished after several weeks. A reply will be posted upon completion.

I'm sorry but we do not have control over global bans, only evenbalance can lift global bans. You could submit a trouble ticket to them but unfortunately they haven't answered tickets for more than 2 years now and we don't know why that is. Hi Sizzzle, I'm sorry that you are experiencing a global punkbuster ban, we don't have control over them only evenbalance. Unfortunately, evenbalance have not replied to appeal tickets since at least August 2019, at this point, I feel that you will be wasting your time opening up an Evenbalance troubleticket to appeal but if you would like me to post it for you so you can, then please let me know. Sorry I cannot help any further.

Try and join a server through battlelog, you should get the full kick message then post it here.

I guess eventually this would happen to third party anti cheat sites as pb hasn't been used in newer games for some time now and if there wasn't enough support or enough servers to warrant staying up anymore then that's the ultimate conclusion.

I'm deeply saddened about the news, I've known HSMagnet here for many years. He was like a rock to PBBANs, it's hard to know how to fill such a huge hole that has been left behind without having him around. A great mentor, dedicated staff member and a great guy, It really is the end of an era. His legacy will live on...................... He will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences go out to his friends and family at this difficult time.

We wont know, (I certainly dont anyway) all you can do is sit and wait to see if it comes back. Could just be down for tech reasons.

in my opinion, anything that isn't within game settings that gives a player an advantage over the rest is considered cheating no matter how small it is. I wouldn't allow it.

In all honesty, i think you would be better off broadening your options. Perhaps consider if you want to continue playing on PB enabled servers then buy a new CD key and begin again, at least in the interim if you do end up successfully being unbanned. I do feel though it is unlikely. I can't say for definite either way but if you consider all your options, it may be a better way forward than waiting indefinitely.

Evenbalance the developers of punkbuster believe that a cheat had been used on your account hence the global ban. More about global bans below.. We do not know why and we do not know when support tickets will begin to get answered again. Is it worth opening a ticket? - Yes, is the answer likely to be satisfactory? The chances are extremely slim. We have not heard of a global ban being lifted in a very long time.

How about this calculation.. 10 clan members donating $1 each = $10 x 20 clans = $200 5 clan members donating $2 each = $10 x 20 clans = $200 10 clan members donating $2 each = $20 x 10 clans = $200 4 clan members donating $5 each = $20 × 10 clans = $200 Plenty more formulas that can work. 200 communities donating $1 each = $200

10 donations of $20 20 donations of $10 40 donations of $5, 100 donations of $2, 200 donations of $1. The target amount dropped by around $125 not that long ago making it much more achievable. I think people begin to take it for granted and then forget that targets need to be achieved in order to keep this valuable service open.
