I see your server as a "new server" waiting to be added to the rep. To add and initiate streaming I require your chosen username and password .. these are needed for security purposes and can be passed to any staff member via forum pm :) just repost here when your ready for another check :) as an alternative you might want to consider streaming via the PBBans Hub - all this requires is 5 rcon commands: /rcon pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use /rcon pb_sv_restart /rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 2 /rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans pbbans /rcon pb_sv_writecfg hf and good luck :)

there is no fix http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=23137 Seems Activision have issued a worldwide distribution of sof2 with the same cd key :( Their idea of damage limitation was to close down the auth server, and recommend that players play on servers with no PB. This beggars the question as to how long sof2 will remain on the PB supported list. They have effectively neutered PB/sof2 with an administrative cock up of monumental proportions. Based on past experiences with game companies I dont see them making any kind of cd key re-issue but I have been known to be wrong before :P

lets establish something first eh :) first you posted; then you post; does this mean that you have successfully ran pbsetup and your game and pb are bang up to date? if you have run pbsetup and it was successful then you should see client version: (v1.286|A1364) server version: v1.257|A1364|C1.286)if you join a server that is not updated you would still get in but you would see a lot of console spam about the server using an older version.does this integrity issue you have only pop up on etpro servers ? are you patched to 2.60b ?

:) jpat is handy for keeping your md5/cvar info up to date with the click of a button, but if you are proficient with manually updating your cvar/md5 detection scans then I would recomend you stick with those methods. from the moment you start streaming via the hub bannable violations will be added automatically to your pbbans.dat. Violations detected on other Hub servers get added within 4 seconds and bannable violations detected on servers using the standard repository method of streaming will be added auto when the bans are parsed from the streamed logs (this gets done daily) It's best practise to generate a fresh pbbans.dat using the "generate ban list" utility found here click me you decide if you want to include bans for cvar violations (recommended) and you copy/paste the bans you already have in your existing pbbans.dat into the large window. When you click to create banlist all duplicate guid's will be removed and the pbbans.dat that is created will be bang up to date. You only do this once, afterwards all is done auto :)

a good start to anything is actually reading whats been posted .. let me try one more time. FACT1. any ET server that is running a version below 2.60b has a gaping security loophole that any malicious user can exploit if the sv_download cvar is enabled. FACT2. as posted to everyone when they join the forums : the criteria for streaming admin status is; 1. Have rcon/FTP to a PB enabled game server(FTP not mandatory) 2. Be willing to stream your cheat logs to an EvenBalance repository Once streaming has been verified your forum status will be upgraded to "streaming game admin" and you will have access to the streaming game admin private section of the forum as well as access to PBBans Master Player Index(MPI3) / Master Config Index(MCI) and all that PBBans has to offer. All this is free.

slight correction :) all games should work ok on that pc but you will not be able to play any game on this list click me on a pb enabled server. of course, you always have the option to play servers that do not have pb running :) Global guid/hardware bans are dealt with exclusively by EvenBalance and if you think this is an error the trouble ticket system mentioned earlier is the only way forward.

there is a lot that can give pb a little extra help that turns pb from fairly competent anti cheat software into fairly l33t anti cheat software .. this info is reserved for admins who stream their servers to PBBans .. obviously we are not going to post cvar and md5 scan information in an open section of the forum :) .. that would be akin to police erecting a huge sign saying caution: speed trap 500 yards ahead ! :)

who referred to anything as "noob servers", admins running servers below 2.60b have had a security loophole pointed out to them and by choice they choose to ignore it :) ergo when/if something nasty happens they have no one to blame except themselves .. this is not a topic of debate about what fills servers better and whats does not but a statement of fact. Any ET server not patched to 2.60b is vulnerable to a security exploit whereby your rcon/ftp details can be obtained by a malicious client who connects to servers below 2.60b and inputs 4 commands via the console if the sv_download cvar is enabled Admins who run any ET server no matter what version will find that running PBBans MCL/MDL will help no end in keeping their servers clean and the MBI does not discriminate as to which version of the game your running :) On a sidenote .. I guess if the 3,731 2.60 servers were cut to 300 overnight every one of them would be full as well :P Think about it :)
