The server address that was added by you to your team account is 193.93.45.57:17567 The correct server address (from Game Monitor) is 193.93.45.57:16567 Solution: Completely remove the server from yom your team account, via account manager. Then add the correct server address, again, via account manager.

First off, all bans are issued via the players pbguid only. The alias / ip etc is just incremental information. So to answer your question we will need the last 8 digits of your banned pbguid.

No need :) Now we are in receipt of all current information re your clan, I have done the following; 1. Changed the website to reflect the current and updated clan website. 2. Added you to the team account. 3. Set you as the master user of the team account, and deleted the inactive guy. 4. Changed the mail address for the team account to yours. 5. Sent you a forum PM with all the team account details. All that is required from you is to add a server that is configured to stream to pbbans.com

Just a heads up :) The website of the existing {HSF} team account does not meet our mandatory requirements, its completely locked down. The mandatory streaming requirements listed here; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=82423 are for us to validate a team account application and must be kept up to date for the continued use of PBBans services. Servers MUST be hosted at a data centre. This means that you can rent a server off a Game Server Provider (GSP), co-locate your server or rent space on a dedicated server in a data centre. Any server that is situated at home or in your home office/business that you can access via your network is not acceptable. There is no reason that you should be able to play the game on the same IP as the server that you wish to stream to PBBans. - We will automatically deny any application where we find the server is not hosted at a data centre. - We will automatically deny any application if the server IP is the same as the applicants. - We will automatically deny any application if the server IP appears on the MPI (Master Player Index) - We will automatically deny any application were the submitted website has racist or pornographic content. - We will automatically deny any application wereby the applicant appears on the MBI (Master Ban Index) - We will automatically deny any application wereby clan members appear on the MBI (Master Ban Index)

Sometimes a clan / group applies for streaming and provides a username and password for the exclusive use of the staff member validating their application (the comments box of the application form is a handy thing)

Team account #5266 has been locked down and you have been completely removed from it. This in turn will clear the path for you to be added to another team account as an additional admin.

All none streaming issues are client side. This seems like a corrupt install of PB. Raise a ticket with your host and ask for a fresh install of a fully updated PB.

A team account is required to stream servers via PBBans; http://www.pbbans.com/account_application.php Before you apply, you should be aware that crytek have not fully intergrated PB into any of their products. Despite repeated assurances that they will apply a fix, thus far they have not. As a consequence PBUCON does not work properly and crysis/crysis wars servers will only stream when players are active on the server. This means that the largest streaming server anti cheat site in the world can not maintain streaming. (and they wonder why their games are bombing) :)

There is no forum post or news item to suggest that the current team account master is anything other than part of the clan and active. Post up the last 8 of your pbguid and a screen capture of the exact error message you are receiving. Verify, that this happens on every pb enabled server you try to join and not just one server. If your not prepared to supply basic details in an effort to solve your issue, then any assistance given is guesswork and conjecture. Help us to help you, it always works better that way :P
