  1. What game would this be for ? Whats the full server address ?
  2. This post might have some bearing on the issue your experiencing; http://www.pbbans.com/forums/moh-streaming-enabled-t130327.html/page__view__findpost__p__338792
  3. The usual thing applies. All none streaming issues are client side. Once we add the server to your team account, our work is done. As you can probably see, the server has been added to your team account, but its not configured correctly for Hub streaming. Try this; http://www.pbbans.com/automated-streaming-setup.html (remember to use the rcon/query port to initiate streaming, and the actual game/join port when adding the server to your team account) If that fails to work, take a look here; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#troubleshooting
  4. It varies, the final addition is always done by a staff member at periodic intervals. The average wait time right now is less than 5 minutes.
  5. The master user of the clan team account (hellreturn ) is a staff member here. He should be well versed in what is required for submitting demo's :P Contact him and have him process what you have recorded.
  6. Your not banned by PBBans, your ban originates from punksbusted; [PsB:9746 V01E5DBD1] 076d1c99230284bab7a1136b55055020 "Matteo2343" "65.33.184.20" MD5TOOL #9002 (SchoolHackCoD5Multi.exe) You will need to go through their appeal procedure if you think this ban was made in error.
  7. A quick google search produced this ancient, but probably still valid, reason;

  9. An active forum is a good sign of longevity for us. The last thing we want to do is go through the full validation procedure of an applicants team account, only to see the server stream for a week or 2 then disappear off the grid. If you have all the other mandatory streaming requirements in place, re-apply and shoot me a forum pm, sometimes a compromise can be worked out, such as a shoutbox feature on the applicants website. The main point to note is that all the mandatory streaming requirements we have in place are there as a response to issues we have faced in the past (mainly security issues) and one of our prime mandates is to protect the admins that use our service to the best of our ability.
  10. Thanks for the post Andy, best of luck for future endeavours :)
  11. A pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash of the game cd key. Every pbguid is unique to the particular game cd key it is based on. Your pbguid was first seen on a PBBans streaming server on Nov 11, 2007 at 7:03am, and a UK player was using it. Your pbguid has been used by players from the UK / USA / Hungary / Australia, so its an obviously leaked key. What I find funny, is that an appeal was lodged for this ban,by a USA based player, even though the ban was issued on a UK based player; http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-0e168f55-vb146450.html Here is the appeal in full; and the appealer was using your e-mail account :scratchchin: We do not lift valid bans .. ever.
  12. All none streaming issues are client side. Because the server is attached to your team account, when you get the streaming initiation commands correct, streaming will kick in instantly. Try; http://www.pbbans.com/automated-streaming-setup.html or http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#bc2gui or http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#bc2rcon You can check the streaming status of your server at anytime on our main website left hand menu;
  13. All none streaming issues are client side. Because the server has already been added to your team account, once you get the streaming initiation commands right, streaming will kick in instantly. Use this; http://www.pbbans.com/automated-streaming-setup.html Remember to use the rcon/query port for the automated Hub Setup (default is 48888) or this; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#bc2gui or this; http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-hubguide.html#bc2rcon You can check your server at anytime, using the server checker on our main website, left hand menu, to see if you got it right;
  14. First of all I do not see a team account that belongs to you, a forum account and a team account, are 2 totally seperate things. http://www.pbbans.com/info-center-starterguide.html or http://www.pbbans.com/streaming-application.html It is always rcon/query port for setting up streaming, and it is always the actual join/game port for adding a server to a team account.
  15. No matter what game genre we are talking about, the same mandatory streaming requirements apply to all. There is no way we are going to have one rule for one, and another rule for another. So, root access to server files or not, the mandatory streaming requirements will stay in place for everyone.
  16. Never, ever, share your login details with anyone else. It could lead to immediate, permanent suspension. It also causes confusion of what is really a very simple issue. There is no need for any LBV team account application, because one already exists. All it needed was for an admin to request a take over of the existing team account and the PBBans accounts staff would have sorted it in minutes. The AFS team account is in a similar position, with no admin attached to the AFS account, we wait for someone to request to take it over and we will process it when we receive it. I would suggest that innocent changes his forum password, immediately, and not share the new password with anyone. If any more password/account sharing is noted, the team account will be suspended, permanently. There are 3 admins attached to the existing LBV team account; innocent ( 158813 ) Ludo666 ( 157132 ) Nightwish22 ( 160890 ) Nightwish22 is the master user, and the team account contact e-mail has been changed to his. The LBV team account has been activated and is now awaiting servers to be added by you.
  17. I can never understand why teams make it so difficuilt for themselves :scratchchin: http://www.pbbans.com/forums/change-team-t129060.html Ludo666 and innocent are the same person. Our rules are 1 forum account per person and a forum member can be part of 1 team account only, so make a choice as to what forum account you want to keep because in a short space of time, I will deactivate the newer forum account. I think its best if someone makes a forum post, explaining exactly whats going on or I will have no choice other than to suspend everything untill we know what the hell is happening.
  18. You have been removed from the AFS team account, and because you were the 1 admin attached to that team account there is no one to automatically take the team account over. The AFS team account is currently not streaming any servers, and if someone wants to take the AFS team acount over, they will have to make a request in the shape of a forum post, after setting the server up to stream. The forum post should contain the full server address. The member applying to take over the AFS team account, must appear on the AFS roster.
  19. Just for information purposes :) When a server is added by an admin, the procedure is as follows; 1. The server joins a queue. 2. A PBBans staff member takes a quick look to make sure it is not flagged as existing on the MPi, correct port etc etc. 3. If all is in order, the server is added to the team account. After addition by the admin, a short wait period will follow whilst the above checks are carried out. There is no need for a forum post, staff members check for additional servers at periodic intervals, as a matter of course, when they are online :P
  20. Looks like you got it sorted; *************************************************************** Team: The Agency (Agent.) Account ID: 662 Streaming Status: Streaming (2 / 2) *************************************************************** --------------------------------------------------------------- Server List --------------------------------------------------------------- CODUO - 68.232.181.44:28960 (Streaming) CODUO - 72.51.60.142:28961 (Streaming) --------------------------------------------------------------- If you could share what the problem was, and the fix, it might be of some help to anyone experiencing a similar problem in the future :)
  21. As long as pb is enabled, the server IP is correct, and the actual join/game port of the server is correct, there is no problem re streaming. You have 2 servers added to your team account; CODUO 68.232.181.44:28960 CODUO 75.51.60.142:28961 68.232.181.44:28960 - shows up in HLSW and is streaming ok. 75.51.60.142:28961 - does not show in HLSW and appears for all intents and purposes, totally dead. All none streaming issues are client side, so whatever the problem is, its something on your side :)
  22. I must be the only person that has never experienced a PB problem when playing ET :)
