No its not misleading. The only bans that are issued directly by EvenBalance themselves are globalguid / hardware bans. This type of ban is a completely seperate entity than bans made based on PB sofware banable kick violations, and bans raised by PBBans provided cvar/md5 scans, and as such the global ban information is available to admins who use our services as additional info only. Globalguid bans are issued by EB for a variety of reasons. As far as PBBans is concerned the players pbguid is "clean" because it has not raised a banable violation. We provide the global ban info as a little extra, and is not viewable to the general public.

Finding out that the pb admin for this league is a psb global forum moderator was when everything that had transpired beforehand all fell into place. Not worth pursuing any sort of compromise when the blinkers are firmly on. With that in mind thread closed.

Is there any other banable cvar :P There are cheats that run outside of the game directory for most PB supported games, and the features toggled on and off via cvar. It all boils down to a choice thing I guess, thats why we leave it to the individual admin to decide wether to include cheat related cvar checks and bans via the options available in the MBI / MCI.

There are just 2 reputable anti cheat sites that offer support for all PB enabled games. You are busted on both of them. You may be busted on other sites, I just checked the big 2. After you get a response from your troubleticket, here are the appeal links for both sites. You should be aware that the server listed in your profile; 195.149.21.22:28962 eVo Match is streaming via the EDOM account already :) If you have additional servers to add to your own personal team account you can do this via your team account, you now have full access.

Your Gamehack violation pre dates the release of the widescreen issue anyway, so maybe opening a troubleticket with EB might shed some light on why you raised a banable violation, detected directly by PunkBuster

If all the above info is true what do you expect EvenBalance to do about it ? The only bans issued by EB are globalguid / hardware bans. Every other ban is issued by server admin / anti cheat site based on banable kick violations. No reputable anti cheat site places a ban based on alias. No reputable anti cheat site places a ban based on IP. All bans are placed soley by the server assigned pbguid. If the pbguid is not yours, laugh and move on.

As far as we are aware #70547 is a valid violation.

From memory, which is pretty poor these days :P This option was part of a mod type thang and not part of the standard game options.

Topic is a bit misleading :) You will probably find that this llama and a lot like him will be detected once your server is running the relevant cheat related cvar/md5 scans. These will be available to the server admin as soon as streaming is verified.
