Aimbot??

How do you know if someone is using an aimbot. Some folks come in to our server and just seem to run a muck 45 and 6. I've seen some of these peeps make some unbelievable shots, but I just can't come out a say nice aimbot. Like you I want to be sure, so what can I do??

check your svss folder, go thru the screenshots maybe? takes time but when you find a haxor this way its very rewearding imo

Yes, take pb screenshots and record demos. This can reveal whether someone is cheating or not.

Then post it in the Screenshot and Demo Submission area.

A pbss won't pick up aimbots will they? As for demo it's not 100% I would only be speculating right??

NO !! A demo is always 100 percent accurate..why ? because you stream :D You turn in the demo here in the ss\demo sub forum,,,from there every top official will give you a deff answer...When they are done voting it will either show YES or NO on banment,,,If YES , it's PBBANS Global banment :D

cheats can be banned via pbss aswell as pbdemos & md5 etc, post findings in pb/demo submission area for head admin to vet, they will advise if you have a catch or not.

also 80% of the time the aimbotter is using a type of wallhack also so look for images where you can see people through walls etc

that are the hacks that i cought by pple

you can catch a aimbottery pretty easy i find

 

if you think that sombody use a aimbot then you can do this

go to spec, spectate the guy

type in console startrecording and look what's the fille name

spectate him a few min 4 à 5 min

Then say you need to go

open youre demo in menu

and look at it

i had a programe that you can set movie's slowly and faster

i opent the fille with the programe

i looked and if you see the crosshair aiming verry quick to a person on little place

you may be pretty sure he use 1

chech he's guid and all that shit

and if it's a dirty guid then just do what you need to do lol

Used it once for sof2 back in the day. It fucked up all my configs and i never used it again hense why i think it sucks :P .

same here Seis messed up all cfg's and files...it's a waste of time

its cause you start it by clicking the icon on the desktop

start it tru game and it wont mess up your cfg`s ;)

Well, i think that with the demo submission , a ss of the player list is needed. Some bots are more stealthy than others, making it harder to prove 100%.
